I hope you realize Oregon every instance on the side of the fedi I'm on has Defederated from Pedophile instances. We don't tolerate that kind of stuff.
Heck Poast and NCD has things in place to help prevent the spread of Child Porn on their instances. My instance Clew doesn't allow it either.
