I remember there was a Supreme Court justice who once commented something on the order of "there is no right to hunt in the Consititution". To which I commented when I heard it: "Oh, so it's illegal to hunt the kings deer, again?" He should have been shot on the spot.
The fact that you own the game animals on your land was a hard fought victory, and not one we'll ever give up again while we live.
