Made gluten free spaghetti tonight. Never made pasta before, and holy cow is it tasty. And a lot easier than I thought it would be, with the exception that I used a pizza cutter to cut the pasta, since I don’t have a proper machine.
Might get one now.
Started making my own pasta sauce years ago, the tastes can’t compare, and now I’ve got the pasta itself going!
