Every time I think I've figured myself out, consciousness throws another fucking plot twist. 🌀
Turns out healing isn't about becoming the perfectly balanced, enlightened human who meditates at sunrise and has their shit together.
Sometimes it's about realizing how weird you actually are once you stop pretending to be normal.
The more you question reality, the harder it gets to take yourself seriously.
Healing isn't making you normal. It's making you unapologetically YOU.

DAY 2 OF KAMBO WEEK 🐸
Your comfort zone called. It wants you back. Unfortunately, your comfort zone is also where all your excuses, old patterns, and bullshit beliefs have been living rent-free for years.
Consciousness isn't about collecting spiritual experiences and looking enlightened on Instagram. It's about being willing to question your own fucking reality.
And no, you don't have to drink Ayahuasca or do Kambo to start questioning things.
But you do have to stop sleepwalking through your own life.
Stop being your own fucking obstacle. 🌀

2026-09-28 17:19:44 UTC

I don’t know where you are in your life right now. I don’t know what you’re carrying, what you’re trying to figure out, or how many times you’ve wondered whether you’re actually moving forward.
But keep going.
One thing psychedelics have taught me is that growth rarely looks like a straight line. Sometimes consciousness expands by completely dismantling the version of reality you thought you understood.
Sometimes you get lost before you find a new direction. Sometimes the thing that feels like the end of a chapter is actually the beginning of a completely different one.
UNBECOMING TAKES TIME. 🌀

2026-09-26 17:36:58 UTC

If we want to see real change in this world, we can’t keep walking the same fucking path.
Same rules. Same beliefs. Same systems. Same answers. And then somehow we expect a different reality. Maybe change starts with being willing to step off the beaten path.
To question what we were told.
To explore what we don’t understand.
To try something new.
To be uncomfortable.
To imagine that there might be another way.
Because you can’t create a new world while blindly following the blueprint of the old one.
Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is simply walk somewhere nobody told you to go. 🌀

Freedom isn't just about being able to go wherever you want. It's about letting go of who you think you're supposed to be.
Unlearning. Questioning. Exploring. Getting a little lost to find your way back to yourself.
Sometimes you just need a waterfall, a little perspective, and the courage to be unapologetically YOU.
Here's to breaking free from the stories that keep us small. Here's to getting UNHINGED. 🦋

Sometimes, the most powerful healing begins with a story. 🌿
In this conversation, Maestro Jairo shares a deeply personal experience with Mother Ayahuasca and how it helped him navigate the pain of his parents' separation at just 18 years old.
What stayed with me most is his realization that life holds both light and darkness, and that understanding our experiences can be part of the healing process.
I love hearing these personal stories and learning from the wisdom of the people who carry these traditions.
There is always more to discover — about ourselves, about life, and about the world around us.

🌿 What can a day in the #Amazon #jungle teach you about life?
Living and working here at Lighthouse Ayahuasca has taught me to slow down, reconnect with nature, and remember that not everything needs to happen at full speed. Sometimes, the best ideas and biggest breakthroughs come when you finally create space to breathe.
Building something meaningful in the heart of the jungle is an adventure in itself. And I'm just getting started. ✨
