All up around 26 of build/packdown days, 8 days /nights of solid party time, ~ 8days of mainly driving and some train /plane sections.. There was actually gar more bamboo used in the others stages in comparison to the third photo (kids space)..
"Highly active" crew members around 6 for first (and largest) stage, with ~10 for second stage and kids space..
Currently considering going to harvest another 20-30 poles, to lead another build end of the month.. 🤔😂. The vibes at festivals are addictive!! All the new friends, awesome people, hugs, fun times... The effort by core crews is amazing.. Plumbing, electrical, and various other infrastructure that gets installed then removed, so few thousand people can have amazing weekends together is surreal.. Most working for meager pay, in often challenging environments (rain mud, heat)..

Got enough land to host a festival?? They pay for the land use, and if you have dozens of compost toilets setup, supply biochar to get added at each use.. A lot of carbon and organic matter can be combined and turned into primo soil!
