Did you eat your sardine breakfast taco outside so you can use DHA to convert sunlight into electricity in your body, babe?

Having your fruit guy at the farmer’s market call you up to the front is the crunchy girl equivalent of knowing the bouncer at the club

I’ve gone from ripping Jell-O shots and shaking my booty on boats to slamming a Yerba mate and lecturing everyone on the boat about toxic sunscreen and building a solar callus. The definition of fun continues to evolve.

Confluence fest was filled with circadian heads, regenerative ag farmers, and sovereign minded homies 🙏 oh and Gerald effing Pollack.
I’ve never seen more earthrunners in my entire life. Had a raw milk matcha everyday. Structured hydrogen water on tap. Told a lot of people to join nostr. I cried when I left. Was gr8 success.

Beginners guide to building a solar callus and minimizing sunscreen usage this summer ☀️🧴
- Sunrise: stand outside with no sunglasses for 5 min
- UVA rise: go on a 20 min walk with as much skin exposed as possible and no sunglasses. When UVA hits your skin you start producing melanin to prep your skin for safe UVB absorption
- UVB rise: bask for 20-40 min with as much skin exposed as possible and no sunglasses. UVB is essential for vitamin D absorption and hormone regulation
Most people burn in the afternoon because they don’t prep their skin for UVB. They are inside a majority of the morning and then go roast at solar noon, the most intense sunlight of the day.
Sunrise and UVA exposure are vital precursors to getting optimal, protective UVB.
Happy tanning 🙏

#introduction 👋 hi primal people. I’m Sam. Former bleach blonde fin tech corporate drone who was mentally and physically sick, trapped in the conventional medical system for years. I learned how to heal myself through real food nutrition, breath, circadian health, tons of therapy, comedy, art, and God. Got off all of my medication, including psych meds.
It’s been a difficult health journey and we’re still on it, but I’m grateful for it all. Grateful that I continue to meet depths of my true myself throughout the process 🙏
I left corporate sales to work on farms in Hawaii for 3ish years. Had the most beautiful and difficult experiences of my life living in rural and off-grid communities. Did everything from grueling field work to managing a $1.3 million fundraising campaign for a sustainable agritourism farm.
Now, I coach people on circadian and nervous system health, work for regenerative TX farmers, and make sketch comedy that pokes fun at all the insane crap us wellness junkies do to try and be healthy and happy in this wild world. Also a BTC newbie 🤓🙈👼🏼
This is probably way too long for a post but I wanted to introduce myself 😭 don’t yell at me like they yell at me on twitter please 😅
Thanks @nprofile…qmtr for introducing me to this platform 🙏
