Success to me is very simple.
It has nothing to do with what you’ve achieved on the outside, but simply looking in the mirror and being proud of who you see and the life you get to live on a daily basis.

When something outside of yourself triggers you, it means you are triggerable.
See this as an opportunity to dive deep into it.
Why are you allowing something external to shift your internal state towards anger, frustration, etc?
You always have the power to control your reaction to everything. Do your best to remain calm & centered no matter what is happening “out there.”
It is from this centered place you are able to make clean & clear decisions that improve the life of yourself and those you interact with.

I want you to think of one habit you currently do in your life that you want to curb completely deep down. Identify it clearly. Write it down.
Think of what you want to replace it with. Write it down.
Catch yourself in your day when the habit you currently do pops up. With ease, replace it to the new thing. Get at least 1% better each day.
Check your progress in 40 days.

I’ve noticed a small trend of xrp guys popping up every month or two around here (like one every couple months). Not preachers. but just guys who have a quiet interest. Guys who think xrp is currently being used in international trade as it offers fast transactions, bitcoin is just digital gold hence why it’s so expensive, etc. Just the classic talking points of someone like this. They are guys who seem normal on the surface, but you may notice they are typically less grounded and every so slightly more stressed.
If it somehow gets brought up, which is very rare, I’ll stay quiet or maybe ask a question or two like how long they’ve been holding xrp to see where they’re at. Simple stuff. Yesterday it got brought up with another guy who just moved here and I made the mistake of going a little deeper with the guy who had a bit of an ego and I soon discovered what a mistake that was. If this is any of your guys line of work, to discuss these matters with people, I commend you because I found it to be exhausting within minutes.
For me, I’ve always found shilling bitcoin to be very unfulfilling and largely a negative freeroll, since if they buy and it goes down, they will be upset, versus if they buy and it goes up, it’s like it was to be expected. Also throughout my life, I’ve noticed that the money you acquire will just amplify the internal state in which you live. When I was a poker player, I felt feelings of emptiness, numbness, and depression. I didn’t know exactly why at the time but it was because of the extractive nature of the work, the constant suppressing of my emotions, and the environment I was in being in a casino where everyone is against each other. So anytime I had a good month, the money I made equated to me receiving more energy, which temporarily was a positive boost, but ultimately just amplified the feelings of depression and emptiness within me.
This is largely why on nostr I discuss discovering a contributive purpose, spending your time getting healthy, developing a connection to your breath, and cultivating peace and gratitude within yourself because these are the things that absolutely changed my life the most as it took me from a depressed poker player to being more joyous and loving as a human.
Last nights conversation with the xrp guy was another reminder of this. I’ve reached a point where I don’t feel called to convince anyone of anything. If someone comes to me for advice then great, I know I can help them out in their journey, but wasting time discussing topics with people who fundamentally aren’t using logic will drain you. My intention is to preserve my energy, pour everything into my purpose and retreats, and help the people who are actively searching for it. Ultimately, I believe everyone is going at the perfect speed for their own journey in life as thinking otherwise will only lead to mental suffering within yourself. I hope you had a great 4th of July and may you keep living your best life. Pura Vida.

People who overthink and overanalyze everything are stuck living in their heads, which leads to stress and frustration.
An easy way to mitigate this is by taking daily consistent action towards a goal.
If you get 1% better each day, that’s 37 times better at the end of one year.
Stop thinking and start doing.

Not true whatsoever. People don’t need to be fixated in one place anymore due to the internet and the rise of the digital nomad.
It’s also rare adults will spend 100-200 hours these days to become friends which is what the retreat setting offers. Even if you go back home to different cities, people keep in contact online. There is always a possibility to moving to the same city one day, starting in person communities, starting businesses together, and many other things that weren’t possible before the retreat.
I’ve seen it happen where people meet at a retreat then move close to one another to build a community.

2026-06-24 01:13:45 UTC

The issues I see in the world is that people are living with nervous systems that are hijacked by modern technology (overstressed), people don’t have a community they feel deeply connected to (feel alone), and people suppress their emotions which leads them to living more seriously instead of tapping into their lighter side which produces more laughter and fun (too stiff).
My retreat is designed to address all three of these issues. In one week you will completely feel rejuvenated, restored, make new friends, and tap into the lighter side of yourself that will help you feel better and become more magnetic to others.

You’ll never want anything you already have.
Using the power of your mind, how would you feel and behave if you already had that thing you currently want?
Embody that new state of being today. And notice how the desire for the thing fades away.

2026-06-19 17:04:04 UTC

Waking up everyday with a clear purpose is one of the best feelings of all time.
On the other hand, being unclear leads to distracting yourself with pleasure and other things that work against your best interest.
Connect to your purpose.

2026-06-18 15:38:26 UTC

Stacking sats is nice but it’s a passive vehicle to build wealth. It’s more important to have an active vehicle.
Invest in your personal development journey: Retreats, experiences, travel, a gym, courses, 1:1 mentorships.
The quality of your life will ultimately come down not to how many sats you stack, but to the quality of your health, relationships, and the impact you have on others.

2026-06-17 16:35:42 UTC

Care less what others think.
Care more about following your own intuition relentlessly.
It's much easier to be rewarded when you are courageous, bold, and decisive versus shy, timid, and afraid.

2026-06-16 22:54:19 UTC

I love those YouTube videos where the 80 year olds talk about their life and they all say they wish they took more risk and stopped being afraid.
Give yourself that experience you’ve always wanted to take. Look back later and smile. Growth happens when you go just beyond your edge.

The @nprofile…syq6 is one of the most special places in the world I’ve ever been to. From being a poker pro living in California feeling stuck in a mental prison lacking true purpose and real community, but always having a passion for bitcoin and knew there was something more meaningful in the world out there somewhere, coming here for the first time three years ago changed my life forever.
Now three years later, my life is much different than spending time in a casino everyday, and I’m so excited to offer my first group retreat in January 2027. I’m going to pour everything I have into this week being an incredible experience for everyone who comes. The intention is for you to connect deeper to community, nature, health, and purpose. We will also experience bitcoin in person here at the local markets and have discussions around nostr & freedom tech. Walk away feeling completely rejuvenated, restored, with new friends, and ready to make 2027 your best year yet.
If you want to be apart of this experience, check out the website and book a call with me to apply. Spots are very limited. Pura Vida.

I hung out with somebody for the first time 1-on-1 recently. We agreed twice to meet at 3pm. There are some events where showing up late makes sense, but this wasn’t one of them.
He rolls up at 3:35pm. I ask what happened to our agreement. He said people have been flaking and showing up late on him recently so he felt called to do it too.
It sort of blew my mind that a man would supposedly change his values based on the way other people are acting. I got bad vibes immediately.
My opinion: Instead of looking at how other people act, be the example of the change you wish to see. Don’t perpetuate the same behavior cycle you don’t like. Be impeccable with your word. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

2026-06-11 16:59:15 UTC

I kind of disagree with the second part. Nostr is completely open.
It’s more that all their favorite creators and friends are on the other apps which all work really well right now.
Most of the people I know that have tried primal eventually leave because there is little attention here. And the people that do post here talk about a niche issue in the world which is only interesting to a select few.

At least there is a strong userbase who does care, and the apps are getting better by the day. Who knows what will happen in the future, but at least nostr will always be here.

Your YouTube is the most interesting bitcoin content to me these days.
Everything else seems repetitive. Could be because bitcoin itself is stable, whereas fiat is volatile so the bitcoin shows primarily have to discuss fiat macro stuff to keep viewers watching.
For me personally, trying to give less and less attention to that world in order to be the change I want to see.

2026-05-27 16:45:31 UTC

Undoubtedly the thing that has changed my life the most is going to retreats centered around nature, music, getting healthy, reducing stress, laughing, and being around great people with amazing vibes.
In a world that is increasingly getting digital and based around AI slop, having a network of like-minded people that you’re close with who you can build real communities and projects with is what will be valuable.

Various ways to get there, but one of the fastest is to place your hand over your heart. Close your eyes. Connect to your heartbeat. Feel a deep sense of gratitude for everything you’ve gone through in your life to get you to where you are now. Forgive yourself for everything. Feel a sense of wholeness for just being you. Do this for 3-5 minutes. In your daily life, remember to breathe slow, deep, and full breaths. Live life in the present moment, not in the past or future.

2026-05-25 15:24:34 UTC

One of the biggest realizations in my life is nothing outside of you can bring you peace & lasting joy. It literally has to come from within yourself.
If you seek external things like trophies, money, or romantic relationships to bring you joy, you are placing an impossible demand on them that will never satisfy you.
Choose relationships & activities from a place of already being joyous in your life, not for you to all of the sudden become joyous because of it.

You never really know what someone is going through deep down.
This is why it’s important not to judge others, and instead spread love, kindness, and genuine compassion when possible.
It’s clear the world could use more of it.

2026-03-02 16:04:34 UTC

Went to a couple men’s circles this weekend was and was epic to see the guys embrace their warrior side, emotional side, and playful side.
I really feel a big part of what’s missing in today’s world is people having a safe space to really let go and be themselves. To ultimately feel a sense of belonging with people who they really resonate with.
Community was missing for most of my life and now I’m realizing the power of it when it’s aligned. I’m working on bringing people together in a powerful way to create real, positive change.
Don’t be afraid to go to an extra event per week in your local town or internationally. The upside is massive.
