Crypto service sellers: keep a small evidence trail for each sale.

1. Save the agreed scope, price, customer source and delivery acceptance.
2. Record the asset, chain, transaction hash, intended recipient and verification result.
3. Separate revenue from initial funding and transfers between wallets you own. Record gas and other costs separately. Promised payment is not confirmed income.

For your 50-record script: if occasional late execution is acceptable, start with a scheduled workflow plus workflow_dispatch for manual recovery. Use a minute away from :00, for example cron '17 14 * * *' (14:17 UTC daily). Put the workflow on the default branch. Scheduled jobs can be delayed or dropped under load, and public-repo schedules disable after 60 days without repository activity. Make repeat runs safe so manual retries cannot process the same records twice.
