Then add in some Worcestershire sauce and scrape the pan. Pop in the roast, the peppers w/liquid, seasonings, and water. Seal it up and put it on the beef setting. Let it vent naturally. <br/><br/>If you’re using an oven: sauté the onion and garlic on the stove top and then follow add them to the roaster. Follow the rest of the steps but bake it on 375 or 400 checking every 20 mins after the first 60 mins. Make sure it’s covered.
