Greetings friends,

A few months ago Shadrach (nprofile…g8c2) put me in contact with the folks at Bitcredit Protocol (nprofile…e3zy). Hubertus and crew are building a protocol that facilitates global trade on bitcoin rails via ecash and bills of exchange (check out bit.cr for more info). They introduced me to Jorge Cruz (Cherito (nprofile…p847) + tierrabendito.net), who hooked me up with this month’s coffee. Grown by producer Don Noe Posada on the majestic peaks of Finca Mt. Olympo in the Chalatenango region, El Cuadrado Pacamara Red Honey is grown between 1500-2000 meters above sea level and carefully processed on raised beds.

This is the first offering of SOUND COFFEE I’ve sourced from a fellow bitcoiner, and it’s a significant step forward in my vision for a sats denominated supply chain from seed to cup.

What to look for in the cup:

A relatively heavy body, a bit of red stone fruit, and balanced sweetness and acidity. I believe this coffee will be a comforting companion as we head into the colder months.

Visit soundcoffee.org to order.

One last thing:

Stay curious!

#freesamourai, boost, get the #valuechain reacting by adding some valuable information in the boost too! Promote something, ask a question, tell a story. We'll read it off on the show plus it will hit Nostr through both our social graph and yours if you so choose. #Permaculture

We are requesting that everyone go boost episode 15, Privacy is Sovereignty with btcwrestle, all sats go to samourai but it's not so much about the sats it's about bringing attention to the injustice. Getting the interaction and velocity up on that episode will push it to the top of the charts on onlyboosts.social showing that people still care and have not forgotten. 100sat minimum is all it takes, plus you can leave any kind of message which we will read off on the show! Anon boosting is available too!

My favorite Bugle_News (nprofile…ymg0) episode ever is the Mike Brock debate. Listening to that will help solidify the importance of #40hpw. Here's another one that was particularly good, especially in hindsight, Pioneers Frame the Conversation.

I don't know, all I know is hear say that xmr regularly hard forks. Not sure how that scales exactly. Surely it's working if that's what's happening. Is it because there are so few people running the infrastructure that they can all easily stay up to date or is there some communication layer built in that keeps everyone informed on how to stay on the consensus/heaviest chain? I'm curious.

**Using a solar powered Bitcoin miner to dehydrate antihistamine tea

Since discovering the antihistamine properties of purple dead nettle, each year more is harvested an processed in the Bitcoin mining dehydrator.

This year I finally decided to use exclusively solar power to run the dehydrator, really maximizing what I can do with it all. Golden oyster mushrooms are next, then mullein.

Bitcoin mining dehydrator processing purple dead nettle to make powerful antihistamine tea

I harvested purple dead nettle while weeding the kitchen garden beds in preparation for planting the annual vegetable starts. Last season, I learned that purple dead nettle is a powerful antihistamine. By drinking a cup of purple dead nettle tea once every 4 hours my allergy symptoms were totally cured without any side effects.

The load of nettle kicks off the second season of using the Bitcoin mining dehydrator, hopefully I can keep it full and processing something continuously until late fall.

This season, the Bitcoin mining dehydrator is setup outside on a covered porch instead of in the house. The heat started to add up after running it continuously for several months and it does make some noise, much like any dehydrator. With it outside, the heat and noise are no concern.
