With offshore oil royalties being the target for old corrupt politicians, it’s time for change, with broad support from the private sector and 40% of voters under 35, we actually have a shot at winning and building a better future. <br/>With a population of only ~600K and a GDP of $2.8B, no financial infrastructure or developed capital market.
