Venturing into unfamiliar territory is daunting at times.
Stepping into change is nerve racking and fearful.
We convince ourselves that we need more time, more resources, or more certainty before we can pursue a goal that feels daunting at first.
We learn as we go.
We build up our strengths and uncover our potential we all have within.
Just the willingness to begin is enough.
Do we know why we continue forward.
Why we keep doing and wanting change especially when circumstances never seem to change.
This is who we all are movers and shakers.

Being able to believe in this moment, hold on to hope, and trust in a favourable outcome is one of the most powerful things we can ever do.

Our minds should be a place where we can sit with our thoughts without being consumed by them.
Where we don’t have to constantly distract ourselves from what’s happening inside.
We control every thought that enters our minds when we are consciously aware.
We learn to notice our thoughts without letting them dictate what we believe.
We learn to sit in stillness without always needing something to keep us occupied.
We realize that we can be still and safe.
Be still.
The more we remember who we are the less we feel the need to run from our own minds.
To grasp this concept and to have this integrated is the ultimate lesson learnt.

Don’t be fooled.
We made no mistakes.
Everything behind us and the challenges at hand were precisely crafted to deliver the wisdom and insights that make possible the moment we are in right now.
In those painful moments when you question everything, holding on to even a tiny sliver of hope can guide us toward better choices.
Instead of continuously obsessing over worst-case scenarios or worrying about everything that could go wrong find comfort in the truth that things have a way of working themselves out.
We came here to learn and face hurdles.
By mastering our issues in each moment we expand our growth.
By denying these issues they repeat until we master them.
Lets master our issues today.
Do what we can today.

Difficult feelings, along with thoughts that come with emotions, can feel intense and make us prone to impulsive decisions.
They can make it seem as though we need to react immediately or everything will fall apart.
But more often than not, emotions exaggerate the intensity of the situation.
Resist the urge to make a decision, confront someone, or solve the problem right away.
A more thoughtful decision is better made when calm.
The more we sit with discomfort, the less frightening it becomes, and the more we trust our inner knowing.
When the heart begins to think and the mind begins to feel this is when the rivers start to flow, this is mature authenticity of all beings.
