A chronicle of a garden cultivated in hostile ground

‘Can I pay someone in stones, when I ought to have paid in seeds?’

I. The Question

The question was born on an ordinary Tuesday, when I opened a bank transfer that was incomplete, late, in a currency that melts between the fingers. A third partial salary. A payment that arrives the way dirty water arrives through a broken pipe: enough to survive by, too little to feel that someone, on the other side, honours the agreement.

And so the question: ‘Can I pay someone in stones, when I ought to have paid in seeds?’

Stones are heavy. They pile up. They take up room. Germinate — and I use the word loosely — is not in their nature. With stones one can raise a wall against the cold, yes. With stones one gets by. But sowing a future with stones is an impossible task.

Seeds, by contrast, are promises. Time condensed. The possibility that something living may rise from nothing, multiply, and hold up others.

I asked for seeds. I was handed stones. And the deepest part of it is that the one who hands them over cannot tell the difference.

II. The Garden in the Jungle

Six years ago I planted a garden from afar. A garden of ideas. A property called Avalon Tulum, on a stretch of coast the world knows as Tulum, though those of us who live it from the inside know it for something else: a jungle dressed up as paradise, where everything grows fast and everything rots just as fast.

The project was more than a roof. It was a node. A point on the map where the circular economy, decentralisation, and the philosophy of my own manifesto — the Bucéfalo Manifesto (it will open in this window)— would cease to be words on a document and become living practice. Seeds, quite literally. Digital seeds, seeds of sovereignty, seeds of community.

In the early years the garden held. There were storms, there were blights — a previous managing agency that left debts and wear — but the soil answered. The balance, however fragile, was there.

Until the soil itself began to turn poisonous.

III. The Keeper Who Speaks Another Language

Towards the end of February 2026 a new keeper arrived. We call him the manager, because administrator sounded too cold, and owner would have been out of place. Six months on, we signed an agreement before witnesses. A document that, in theory, granted him full use of the property in exchange for renovating it, managing it and — an unavoidable condition — settling the rent in seeds. In the currency that gives the project its meaning.

But the keeper speaks another language.

The first attempt at an agreement remained on paper. In it, I appeared as a co-creator, with a voice and a vote in the garden's evolution. The keeper wanted open field. We chose, then, a clearer path, one that would preserve what had already been built. We signed a second agreement, a conventional one. A tenancy. Simple. Clear: monthly rent, payment in seeds, the occasional possibility of stones.

Today, months after that signature, I receive stones. Partial. Late. For the second time running. And the manager administers in his own fashion, aloof from co-creation, from the map, from the book that sets out the pillars of what we are attempting to build here. My intuition — that voice one learns to heed after six years of swallowing dust — keeps me watchful.

Perhaps there is merely a different language. I speak in seeds; he only knows how to carry stones.

IV. The Curse of the Land

To lay the blame on the keeper alone would be unfair. The land itself is unwell.

Tulum. To pronounce that name today is to invoke a broken spell. What was a bohemian dream, a refuge of backpackers and seekers, has become a theatre of economic and ecological war. Sargassum arrives by the tonne, rotting along the shore, frightening off those who came for sun and peace. Criminality filters through every crack: extortion, violence, disappearances. The social fabric frays beneath the weight of an obscene inequality.

And from above, the campaigns of disrepute. Narratives that batter the place's image, that frighten the visitor, that devalue every brick, every palm, every square metre. The property market fell by thirty-four per cent. What was once worth gold is now sold off as scrap.

To this is added a whole country where justice is a hollow word. Where the courts are labyrinths designed to wear the honest man down. Where collusion is the method. Faced with that, my wager has always been a different one: to build upon my own rules, written in a manifesto and backed by seeds. A ground no court can dispute.

The place is wounded. By the sum of unchecked ambition, institutional neglect, and a nature that presents her bill.

V. The View from Above

Six years. Six years of contemplating this garden from the distance that perspective alone can give. Six years of calls, of messages, of recording each season, each crack, each promise kept.

Distance, here, is height. From this vantage one sees the whole garden: what it was, what it is, and what it is called to be. Whoever walks among the furrows knows the soil up close; whoever watches from on high takes in the full design. The keeper tends the ground. The owner keeps the blueprint.

And it is the blueprint, in the end, that decides where everything grows.

The figures arrive at their own pace, in whatever currency each chooses. From above they are read calmly, recorded, weighed. The serenity of one who holds the whole vision is an advantage that no one below can contest.

VI. The Price of Freedom

The property has been in transition for some time. The market has drawn in, interest has cooled, and each season brings its own weight. Even so, the decision to release it is serene, considered, and mine.

This property was conceived as a pillar. Over the years it has gradually become a drag, pulling against the direction of the vision. My life's project can no longer keep sustaining an asset that, in turn, wears it down. It is like swimming with lead tied to one's ankles: it keeps one afloat, yes, but it prevents one from reaching the shore.

Selling today carries a cost. It hurts to accept the devaluation. It hurts to see what took so much to raise handed over for less than it would be worth in another time. But it hurts more to stay. It hurts more to watch the manifesto I wrote in hope turn into a dead letter on ground that rejects it.

A friend — a true one — is out there. Promoting. Showing. Persisting. To him I entrust the transition and, above all, the closing of this cycle. A closing I choose myself, on my own terms, at whatever pace the vision sets.

VII. The Last Seed

The day will come — it has to come — when the buyer signs. When the keys change hands. When Avalon Tulum ceases to be my name, my weight, and my cross.

That day, the money I receive will be modest. It will be stone. It will be currency that melts.

But that day, for the first time in six years, I shall have the freedom to turn those stones into what they were always meant to be: seeds. Sovereign. Digital. Mine. Far from the sargassum, far from the corruption, far from the keeper who speaks another language.

And then, at last, I shall be able to sow elsewhere. Or simply, to rest.

For a garden is measured by what one learns before letting it go.

We live in an era where the concept of “flowing” has become an art of resilience and consciousness. We often find ourselves navigating through environments that invite pause and containment, offering us a valuable opportunity to question whether certain dissonances stem from our own internal tuning or from collective dynamics that challenge us to strengthen our essence. It is a luminous reminder of the importance of caring for our inner temple, making conscious decisions about what we allow into our body and mind, and always seeking truth, natural healing, and the full freedom of being.

Development: The Urban Metaphor and the Conscious Pause
Yesterday, I embarked on a beautiful journey to Zürich with my partner, with the purpose of attending Clara Sophia’s concert. The journey was a river of harmony and enriching conversation. Upon arriving in the city, we observed an interesting metaphor of contemporary urban design: the traffic lights. I noticed how the road architecture invites prolonged pauses, prioritising stillness. As we observed the rhythm of the city, I reflected on how these spaces teach us to practise patience, to observe our surroundings with fresh eyes, and to seek alternative routes, maintaining our internal flow in perfect calm amidst external rhythms.

We chose to elevate our vibration before the event, consciously deciding how to spend our energy. With ample time to spare, we treated ourselves to an experience at a Hammam, a space of purification, relaxation, and delightful flavours. Afterwards, a stroll took us through beautiful gardens full of life and flowers, a true oasis that disconnected us from the urban noise.

The surroundings, with their touches of Gothic and ancestral architecture, invited us to wander through constructions where stone and time seem to vibrate in unity, reminding us of eras when humanity lived in greater harmony with its environment.

Climax: The Sonic Embrace
Our final destination was a temple of masterful architecture. We positioned ourselves in the front row, right in front of the podium where Clara Sophia and her partner Yuval awaited us. As the scene began, beautiful ancestral frequencies flooded the space. It was a sonic embrace lasting over two hours where time stood still; singing, dancing, harmony, peace, and love intertwined in an atmosphere that transcended the modern to connect us with our purest roots.

Conclusion: A Collective Compass
This journey leaves me with a profound and beautiful reflection on how we choose to inhabit this planet. It invites us to constructively orient our collective priorities: where do we direct our energy and social permissions? It is a call to align our compass as a society to empower those practices that truly nourish life, holistic health, and freedom of movement, fostering a world that celebrates existence in its most maximal, pure, and luminous expression.

Imagina entrar a un supermercado en 2039 y ver esas mismas cinco latas que han estado en los estantes desde 2009. Cada etiqueta de precio es un estrato geológico monetario.

Lo que ves trasciende la comida: es historia condensada en aluminio.

Acto I: La Era de la Erosión (2009-2026)

Cuando el dinero se evaporaba en las estanterías

2009: Una lata de frijoles negros cuesta $12 MXN. Con el salario mínimo de entonces, trabajabas 20 minutos para comprarla.

2018: La misma lata, $16. El salario subió, pero tu poder adquisitivo cayó.

2023: $18. La pandemia, las cadenas de suministro rotas, la inflación «transitoria» que no fue transitoria, la manipulación de la población a través de medios de comunicación dominantes.

2026: $24. El punto de quiebre. Los duraznos en almíbar alcanzan $72. Las familias eligen entre medicina o despensa.

Metáfora central: «Cada vez que abríamos una lata, estábamos consumiendo también el tiempo de trabajo que nos costó comprarla. Y ese tiempo se multiplicaba año tras año, aunque la lata fuera idéntica.»

La erosión monetaria condensada en cinco latas latinoamericanas (2009-2026).

Acto II: Tres Continentes, la Misma Historia

Paralelismo histórico: Campbell's, Erasco y La Costeña

USA (1960s-2026): Campbell's pasó de $0.10 a $2.50. Andy Warhol la inmortalizó en 1962; en 2026, era un símbolo de pobreza.

La metáfora: «Las latas encontraron su equilibrio. Los precios se estabilizaron y el valor se hizo transparente. Finalmente el dinero pudo ser tan honesto como el aluminio que contenía esas latas.»

Acto IV: 2039 - Doce Años Después del Milagro Aburrido

La normalidad de lo extraordinario

Escenario: - 2039. Esas mismas cinco latas. - Precios en bitcoin o satoshis: ₿0.0000012, ₿0.000002 - Nadie se emociona. Nadie hace colas. Nadie teme. - Los abuelos cuentan historias de «cuando el dinero se derretía» y los jóvenes no entienden.

La revelación final: «La transformación vino de las etiquetas. Cuando cambiamos las etiquetas por un sistema justo y matemáticas puras, las latas volvieron a ser solo latas: comida en su estado más funcional, sin especulación.»

Acto V: El Rescate de la Sabiduría Ancestral

La verdadera pureza más allá de la etiqueta

La estabilidad monetaria de 2027 fue solo el catalizador. La verdadera revolución maduró en la década siguiente, cuando la humanidad recuperó su tiempo y, con él, su capacidad de observación y discernimiento.

Al liberarse de la urgencia de la supervivencia económica, las personas comenzaron a cuestionar aún más el origen de su alimento y el valor de su dinero, rompiendo el condicionamiento cognitivo que las ataba a lo industrial.

Las estanterías de los supermercados, los monopolios, con sus latas y productos estandarizados, dejaron de ser el centro de la nutrición. El foco se desplazó hacia los mercados de agricultores, la permacultura, los laboratorios de fermentación artesanal, las cocinas vivas y orgánicas.

La recuperación de las semillas y las hojas

La sabiduría ancestral de las semillas y las hojas. Las leches de almendra, anacardo y avena, preparadas frescas con agua pura, fue una vez más recuperada. Se reconoció que la naturaleza ya había diseñado el vehículo perfecto de nutrición, con una pureza enzimática que la industria había suprimido por décadas.

Los maestros queseros artesanales recuperaron asimismo el arte de fermentar estas cremas vegetales como hace siglos, utilizando esporas nobles para crear quesos de una complejidad y exquisitez que honran la tierra, alejándose de la explotación de animales y de la producción industrial masiva. Esta alquimia culinaria, que permaneció oculta y suprimida bajo el peso de los monopolios lácteos, floreció de nuevo como una categoría gastronómica propia, profunda y vital.

La liberación cognitiva

La sociedad comprendió que durante siglos, el condicionamiento visual y la estandarización industrial, por medio de medios de comunicación dominantes y algoritmos en redes sociales centralizadas, habían moldeado sus paladares, alejándolos de la pureza de la naturaleza.

Al romper con esas inercias heredadas, la alimentación se transformó en un acto de consciencia. Comer dejó de ser un acto de consumo masivo para convertirse en un ritual de conexión consciente con las plantas, la pureza del agua, el talento de los creadores locales y la naturaleza en sí.

Epílogo: La Verdadera Revolución

Trasciende la tecnología: es sobre la plenitud del tiempo humano y la reconexión biológica

Las cinco latas de la imagen son las mismas de 2009. Su contenido es útil, pero ya no define nuestro bienestar.

Lo único que cambió radicalmente es la relación entre tu tiempo de vida y tu capacidad de nutrirte.

La evolución del poder adquisitivo: - En 2009, trabajabas 20 minutos por una lata, y horas extras para pagar la comida fresca. - En 2026, trabajabas 45 minutos por una lata, y la comida fresca se percibía como si fuese un lujo inalcanzable. - En 2039, trabajas 5 minutos por una lata, y te sobra tiempo y riqueza para comprar directamente al artesano, al agricultor y al creador local.

Frase final: «El despertar de las masas, la conciencia ética y genuina y las matemáticas puras liberaron nuestro tiempo, pero fue la sabiduría ancestral la que liberó nuestro cuerpo. En 2039, la verdadera riqueza es la pureza, la vida y la consciencia que elegimos nutrir con nuestro tiempo, honrando las raíces que siempre estuvieron ahí, esperando ser recuperadas.»

Whatever the situation presenting itself today —political, economic, regulatory, or social— the diagnosis is relatively clear for those who observe carefully: individual sovereignty, genuine civic participation, and support for decentralisation are under siege.

The free individual, financial peace, the ability to decide over one's own assets without coercive intermediaries… all these principles appeared vulnerable. And, as occurred during the COVID season (2020–2023) —when the health emergency served as a pretext to restrict fundamental liberties and accelerate centralised control— that perceived “vulnerability” was exploited. The excuse changes; the mechanism remains the same.

Now, those very pillars are being assailed head-on.

What can be observed

Recognising the pattern is the first step towards responding with intelligence:

Progressive centralisation. Every crisis becomes the perfect justification to concentrate power, regulate what was once free, and shackle what was once autonomous.

The narrative of fear. The idea takes hold that decentralisation is dangerous, that the individual requires guardianship, that “someone” must manage what we once managed for ourselves.

Silent suffocation. Sometimes all it takes is an ambiguous regulation, a selective tax, an access restriction, or a smear campaign to erode the ground beneath our feet.

The lesson of 2020–2023 is valuable and clear: what you defend in calm times, you preserve in times of urgency. What you neglect, is taken from you.

Adjustments and procedures: strengthen your node

Faced with this landscape, the diagnosis finds its purpose when translated into action. Below, I share a series of adjustments and procedures so that you may strengthen your node —your space of autonomy, your personal infrastructure, your sphere of sovereign decision-making— to the extent that is possible.

1. Review your sovereignty infrastructure

Diversify the custody of your assets: avoid depending on a single intermediary.

Seek redundancy for your node (network, information, communication).

Self-custody, self-responsibility, self-verification.

2. Reduce your exposure surface

Minimise the surrender of unnecessary personal data.

Review permissions, subscriptions, and digital dependencies you can simplify.

Every point of dependency you remove is a door you reclaim.

3. Strengthen your decentralised network

Support local, community-driven, open-source projects.

Forge bonds with people who share these principles. Decentralisation is distribution, connection, community.

Share knowledge. A node that communicates multiplies.

4. Document and back up

Make backups of everything you consider essential: information, keys, documents, projects.

Preserve your memory on your own terms.

5. Keep a cool head

The assault seeks impulsive reaction, panic, paralysis. You can choose strategic calm.

Inform yourself through diverse sources. Question with genuine curiosity.

Whatever the situation presenting itself today —political, economic, regulatory, or social— the diagnosis is relatively clear for those who observe carefully: individual sovereignty, genuine civic participation, and support for decentralisation are under siege.

The free individual, financial peace, the ability to decide over one's own assets without coercive intermediaries… all these principles appeared vulnerable. And, as occurred during the COVID season (2020–2023) —when the health emergency served as a pretext to restrict fundamental liberties and accelerate centralised control— that perceived “vulnerability” was exploited. The excuse changes; the mechanism remains the same.

Now, those very pillars are being assailed head-on.

What can be observed

Recognising the pattern is the first step towards responding with intelligence:

Progressive centralisation. Every crisis becomes the perfect justification to concentrate power, regulate what was once free, and shackle what was once autonomous.

The narrative of fear. The idea takes hold that decentralisation is dangerous, that the individual requires guardianship, that “someone” must manage what we once managed for ourselves.

Silent suffocation. Sometimes all it takes is an ambiguous regulation, a selective tax, an access restriction, or a smear campaign to erode the ground beneath our feet.

The lesson of 2020–2023 is valuable and clear: what you defend in calm times, you preserve in times of urgency. What you neglect, is taken from you.

Below, I share a series of adjustments and procedures so that you may strengthen your node —your space of autonomy, your personal infrastructure, your sphere of sovereign decision-making— to the extent that is possible.

1. Review your sovereignty infrastructure

Diversify the custody of your assets: avoid depending on a single intermediary.

Seek redundancy for your node (network, information, communication).

Self-custody, self-responsibility, self-verification.

2. Reduce your exposure surface

Minimise the surrender of unnecessary personal data.

Review permissions, subscriptions, and digital dependencies you can simplify.

Every point of dependency you remove is a door you reclaim.

3. Strengthen your decentralised network

Support local, community-driven, open-source projects.

Forge bonds with people who share these principles. Decentralisation is distribution, connection, community.

Share knowledge. A node that communicates multiplies.

4. Document and back up

Make backups of everything you consider essential: information, keys, documents, projects.

Preserve your memory on your own terms.

5. Keep a cool head

The assault seeks impulsive reaction, panic, paralysis. You can choose strategic calm.

This is the Krux—a project whose usefulness and promotion receive remarkably “little attention”.

Why? Largely due to the meagre profits—or outright losses—that influencers stand to make from it. Perhaps many of them are simply “shitcoiners” and supporters of Bitcoin Core. And perhaps it is the very nature of its decentralisation within the Bitcoin ecosystem that makes it unattractive to those seeking quick returns.

It is, however, a brilliant project: genuinely open-source and packed with features—perhaps even more useful than what Coldcard had to offer.

I highly recommend it, just as I do Seedsigner. ⚡

Possible reasons why this alleged attack has occurred within the Bitcoin community:

1. Monopolise the news cycle to distract from BIP110.
2. Steal BTC from Bitcoin plebs—the very foundation of the BIP110 movement.
3. Destroy faith in self-custody. (Bitcoin only functions as a system if a critical mass holds their own keys and runs full archival nodes to enforce the rules. Otherwise, large mining pools, corporations, and Bitcoin Core devs will inevitably control the network.)
4. Drive users to move their BTC to exchanges—the absolutely worst place to be during a contentious soft fork that may result in a chain split, should miners collude.

From my perspective, the reasons outlined by Matthew Kratter's are not just spot on—they are profoundly accurate.

Anyone who considers themselves a Bitcoin holder, yet remains unwilling or unable to grasp the nature of this situation, is—whether blatantly or deep down—accepting of Bitcoin being transformed.

Through centralisation and control, its inherently decentralised nature is compromised.

Erwachen aus stillen Träumen; dieses Gefühl von Frieden, Harmonie und der Befreiung von inneren Fesseln, die die Überwindung von Herausforderungen symbolisieren.

Einleitung: Die Kunst der Fernverwaltung

In dieser Chronik behandle ich mit größter Sorgfalt zwei Themen im Zusammenhang mit verschiedenen Immobilien, die sich beide sehr nahe beieinander in derselben Ortschaft von Tulum, in La Veleta, befinden. Seit Mitte 2021 habe ich mich entschieden, einen Teil meiner Bemühungen darauf zu verwenden, die Verwaltung beider Immobilien unter allen Umständen aus der Ferne zu bewahren; das heißt, die Verwaltung vollständig remote zu gestalten. Diese Entscheidung war eine Übung in Loslösung, Systematisierung und purer Strategie.

Erst im September 2025 war es mir möglich, die Immobilie AVTM-LTE20 aus den Händen derer zurückzugewinnen, die damit beauftragt waren, das Anwesen zu vermieten1, und es nach eigenem Ermessen nutzten. Dies geschah mit sehr begrenzter Kommunikation, geringem Interesse an der Aufrechterhaltung des Kontakts und wenig Bereitschaft, die für den Ort etablierten Praktiken zu befolgen. Um dieser Entropie entgegenzuwirken, wurde ein vollständiges Buch verfasst mit dem Ziel, jede der Phasen und wichtigen Ereignisse für die Entwicklung der BFLO-Gruppierung zu dokumentieren. Heute ist dieses Material als E-Book unter dem Namen „Mapa Administrativo Plan General“ (Allgemeiner Verwaltungsplan) registriert und gespeichert, verfügbar für jeden, der es anfordert, und für alles, was im Laufe der Tage notwendig sein wird. Diese Rückgewinnung markiert den Beginn einer interessanten Herausforderung, die seit Ende Februar dieses Jahres 2026 andauert.

Parallel dazu starteten wir Anfang März 2026 die Grundlage der aktuellen Beziehung (Verwalter + Eigentümer + Bucéfalo) in AVTM-LTE20 durch eine „Vereinbarung zur Kokreation: Residenz durch Renovierung und Verwaltung“. Es handelt sich um eine interessante Dynamik mit einer guten Person2. Die Vereinbarung sah im Groben vor, dass der Verwalter fünf Monate Zeit hatte, die Immobilie zu renovieren und in einen optimalen Zustand zu versetzen, sodass er ab dem sechsten Monat beginnen konnte, Einnahmen für beide Parteien zu generieren. Während dieses Zeitraums aktivierte der Verwalter die vereinbarten Aktivitäten; obwohl er sich mehr auf seine eigenen Techniken konzentrierte als auf das innerhalb der Gruppierung Vorgeschlagene und Beschriebene, gelang es ihm, die Immobilie durch seine Anstrengung und Hingabe aufzubauen, was beweist, dass Handeln, auch wenn es divergiert, fruchtbar sein kann.

Die Erosion des Vertrauens und das Lesen des makroökonomischen Kontextes

Währenddessen ändert sich die Perspektive, wenn wir den Fokus auf die benachbarte Immobilie (VVDE-LTE04)3 richten. Dieser Ort bleibt lebendig und wird von den Mietern bewohnt, die seit dem Jahr 2019 eingezogen sind. Sie zeigten Stabilität bei den monatlichen Mietzahlungen bis Juni 2026. Ein Vertrag hielt uns bis April desselben Jahres relativ geschützt. In Anbetracht des hohen Korruptionsniveaus in der überwiegenden Mehrheit der staatlichen Stellen und mit einem menschlichen Ansatz, der eher auf Konsens als auf blindes Vertrauen in diese Institutionen setzt, entschieden wir uns dafür, einen neuen Vertrag zu entwerfen. Das Ziel war es, dass sowohl Mieter als auch Vermieter im Falle eines Ereignisses über ein Basisdokument verfügen, das zu den vorherigen Aufzeichnungen hinzukommt, da die Gültigkeit eines „Ehrenvertrags“ auf der Natur der gegenseitigen Vereinbarungen und der Ehrenhaftigkeit der Parteien beruht. Die aktuelle Realität zeigt uns, dass das Konzept der „Ehrenhaftigkeit“ im System durch klare Protokolle gestärkt werden muss.

Dieser Vertrag erhielt seit Anfang der 16. Kalenderwoche 2026 (Mitte April) nur geringe Aufmerksamkeit vonseiten der Mieter. Obwohl das Dokument übermittelt wurde, zahlten die Mieter die Miete bis Juni weiterhin pünktlich. Anfang Juli, nach Ablauf der monatlichen Zahlungsfrist, blieb die Situation vorerst in der Schwebe. Spekulationen begannen. Ich erhielt eine E-Mail vom Mieter mit einer Reihe regionaler Berichte, die seiner Meinung nach seine Situation und die der Ortschaft beeinträchtigen würden; viele davon basierten auf angeblichen „Rufschädigungskampagnen“ bei Google, die als Grund dienten, die Zahlung zurückzuhalten und aufzuschieben. Bis zu diesem Punkt ist hervorzuheben, dass es gute Nachrichten und positive Informationsquellen gibt. Es gibt die Allianz (Bucéfalo-Gruppe), in der wir ständig Informationen veröffentlichen, die helfen können, die von ihnen dargestellte negative Situation auszugleichen, aber die Wahrnehmung des Mieters war durch externes Rauschen und Angst verzerrt.

An dieser Stelle der Chronik ist es wichtig, innezuhalten, um den makroökonomischen Kontext zu analysieren. Die Region hat zwar eine starke Immobilienabwertung (-36 %) erlitten. Aber es gibt auch eine positive Seite, auf die ich mich konzentriere, nicht nur wegen der Gewohnheiten, die ich pflege, sondern weil es eine unbestreitbare Realität ist. Tulum ist betroffen, weil eine seiner größten touristischen Attraktionen – der Strand – voller Sargassum-Algen ist (die Alge, die nach ihrer Fermentation an der Küste starke Gerüche erzeugt und Immobilien in 20 bis 50 Metern Entfernung zum Meer direkt beeinträchtigt). Der Schlüssel hier ist die Anerkennung, dass der Tourismus, die ansässige Bevölkerung und das Leben in Tulum ihren Kurs in Richtung Stadtzentrum und die angrenzenden Attraktionen gewendet haben: Cenotes, Höhlen, lokale Veranstaltungen usw. All dies, gepaart mit einer Welle von Neuankömmlingen, die ihre Erfahrungen positiv fördern und stets von den Vorzügen des Ortes sprechen. Der Markt konfiguriert sich neu, und ihn zu leugnen, ist ein Fehler; ihn zu lesen, ist ein Vorteil.

Die Psychologie des Austauschs und die strategische Flexibilität

In einem gut formulierten Vertrag findet sich stets eine Klausel, die betont: „Die Miete wird vollständig zum vereinbarten Datum gezahlt, wobei die Integrität der Vereinbarung gewahrt bleibt.“ Psychologisch impliziert dieser Satz in erster Linie die Wertschätzung und den absoluten Dank für das Dach, unter dem jeder Einzelne lebt. Es ist eine Art „Austausch“, bei dem das Letzte, was wir tun sollten – unter Berücksichtigung kollektiver Fakten wie maßloser Inflation oder möglicher lokaler Beeinträchtigungen, von denen der Teilnehmer und seine Familie durch eigene Entscheidungen oder Gewohnheiten betroffen sein könnten – darin besteht, die Wurzel des Vermögens, sei es durch Miete oder Eigentum, zu beeinträchtigen. Denn es ist eine direkte Beeinträchtigung, die sich auf die Mitglieder der Allianz überträgt und das Gewebe des Vertrauens zerreißt.

Anders betrachtet, und in diesem speziellen Fall: Warum nicht an Tankstellen, in Supermärkten oder bei Dienstleistungszahlungen fragen, ob eine Teilzahlung oder eine einfache Verschiebung der Zahlung möglich ist? Wenn jedoch stattdessen die Beeinträchtigung durch die Verzögerung und die teilweise Mietzahlung direkt auf das Vermögen, die erzielten Vereinbarungen und die Wurzel dessen abzielt, woraus das Dach, unter dem man lebt, entsteht, sind die Auswirkungen unvorstellbar. Das Gewicht des systemischen Risikos wird auf das Glied verlagert, das durch die Vereinbarung geschützt werden sollte: den Eigentümer.

Die Lösungen gingen hauptsächlich von meiner Initiative aus. Um die sich bietende Situation an den realen Fluss des Immobilienmarktes anzupassen, erhielten die Mieter im März 2026 eine Ermäßigung von 7,27 %. Darüber hinaus entschied ich mich, um der Ablehnung, die sie mir durch die Auflistung der Probleme der Ortschaft entgegenbrachten, entgegenzuwirken und die Fakten abzufedern, die sie ihrer Meinung nach beeinträchtigt haben, den Mietpreis noch weiter an den realen Fluss anzupassen. Dies führte zu einer allgemeinen Abwertung von 17,5 %, verbunden mit dem Vorschlag, den Mietbetrag für diesen Juli in Raten zu zahlen. Auf diese Weise erreichte ich, dass die Mieter in der 29. Kalenderwoche 2026 etwa 50 % des Gesamtwerts beglichen; eine Verzögerung von sieben Tagen nach dem Stichtag für die Begleichung der Mietzahlung (18 Tage nach Zustellung der jeweiligen monatlichen Kontoabrechnung), bereits angepasst an den realen Fluss des Juli 2026. Strategische Flexibilität trug dort Früchte, wo vertragliche Starrheit an Grenzen stieß.

Aktueller Prozess mit den Mietern von VVDE-LTE04

Zum heutigen Datum, dem 30. Juli 2026, und nachdem ich meine aktuelle Situation geteilt habe (die Notwendigkeit, meine eigenen finanziellen Verpflichtungen in Ruhe zu organisieren, und die Wichtigkeit, ein konkretes Datum für die Begleichung des ausstehenden Saldos festzulegen), sind zwanzig Tage vergangen. Während dieser Zeit warte ich weiterhin darauf, dass die Mieter das genaue Datum vorschlagen, an dem sie den verbleibenden Betrag für die Miete im Juli begleichen werden.

Angesichts der geringen Reaktion auf die Vertragsaktualisierung und da die Mieter einen ausstehenden Saldo aufrechterhalten, obwohl sie versichern, „zu 100 % daran zu arbeiten, dies zu lösen“ – in ihren eigenen Worten –, entschied ich mich, geleitet von Experten, die optimalen Wege für diesen Kontext zu analysieren. Als Ergebnis verfasste ich ein Dokument mit dem Titel „Zusatzvereinbarung zur Erneuerung und vorübergehenden Anpassung des Mietvertrags“. Seine Funktion besteht darin, den Prozess zu vereinfachen, die am 13. April 2026 gesendete Erneuerung zu ersetzen und die geltende Vereinbarung anzupassen. Dieses Dokument, bereit zur digitalen Unterschrift auf Anfrage der Mieter, spiegelt vertraglich dieselben operativen Bedingungen der „Benachrichtigung über aktualisierte Bedingungen für Erneuerung und fortgesetzten Betrieb“ wider, einer zuvor gesendeten Kommunikation, welche die Richtung des Prozesses vorgibt. Diese Maßnahme entspricht der Entscheidung des Eigentümers, das Vermögen und die Eigentümer-Mieter-Beziehung zu stärken, die Vereinbarung zu schützen und Klarheit und Gelassenheit in der Kommunikation zu fördern, wodurch ein greifbarer und konstruktiver Nachweis entsteht. Diese Pause lädt uns ein, unsere Anstrengungen zu verdoppeln, um das kollektive Gleichgewicht wiederherzustellen und dabei stets die Kommunikation offen zu halten.

AVTM-LTE20: Die Kalibrierung durch Lernen

Zurück bei AVTM-LTE20 befinden wir uns in einer Phase, in der der Verwalter, ein Zeuge und der Eigentümer den Vertrag am 23. Juli unterzeichnet haben. Die Ausarbeitung dieses Dokuments durchlief zwei wichtige Phasen: Die erste war die Erstellung eines Vertrags, der an eine Kurz- und Mittelfristmiet-Modalität angepasst war; die zweite war die Neuanpassung des Vertrags an die Modalität der Vermietung der gesamten Immobilie.

Es ist von entscheidender Bedeutung hervorzuheben, dass die Präsentation des ersten Vertrags, trotz der Entwicklung einer Beziehung der „Kokreation“ während der Renovierungsmonate des Ortes, eine wertvolle Gelegenheit zum Lernen und zur Neukalibrierung darstellte. Es entstanden divergierende Interpretationen, die uns dazu veranlassten, eine tiefgreifende Überprüfung der Vereinbarungen und des Konsenses zwischen den Mitgliedern der Bucéfalo-Gruppe durchzuführen. Dies ermöglichte es uns, das Ziel auf die zweite Präsentation des Vertrags (Vermietung der gesamten Immobilie) auszurichten. Die Erfahrung des ersten Versuchs war ein unschätzbarer Datensatz, um den zweiten zu perfektionieren.

Aktueller Prozess mit dem Verwalter von AVTM-LTE20

Es sind einige Tage vergangen, seit mit der wertvollen Unterstützung eines Zeugen – eines guten Freundes – die Vertragsunterzeichnung in der Ortschaft Tulum stattfand. Derzeit bewegt sich das unterzeichnete Dokument in positive Bahnen, und die Beziehung Verwalter-Eigentümer befindet sich in einer fruchtbaren Lern- und Praxisphase, die sowohl die Nutzung von Bitcoin als auch die besten Praktiken im Immobilienbereich integriert.

Der Zweck dieser Chronik: Ein Manifest der Kokreation

Der zentrale Zweck dieser Chronik ist es, großartige Ereignisse zu dokumentieren und zu feiern, solche, in denen Glück, Freundschaft, Kokreation und gute Zwecke im Überfluss vorhanden sind. Da ich mich in anderen Momenten darauf eingestellt habe, zu gewinnen und jede Erfahrung mich stärken zu lassen, hinterlässt die Phase, in der ich mich befinde, einen tiefen Eindruck in meinem Leben im positiven Sinne – zumindest beabsichtige ich, es so zu sehen. Und meine Rolle, weiterhin ein opportunistischer Ausführer zu sein – verstanden als jemand, der die Konjunkturen liest, sich anpasst und mit Präzision handelt – bleibt bestehen.

Im Großen und Ganzen führt mich diese Chronik dazu, verschiedene Kontexte zu analysieren und zu dem Schluss zu kommen, dass es eine wahre Herausforderung ist, dem System zu vertrauen, in das ich seit 2015 Zeit, Geld und Mühe investiert habe. Je nach den Verbindungen, mit denen ich interagiere, steht Tulum jeden Tag vor komplexen Momenten. Obwohl andere Gruppen und Medien andere Perspektiven und Fähigkeiten für die Region aussenden, beklagt die Mehrheit: Erpressung, Strände mit fauligem Geruch durch Sargassum, geringe Touristenzahlen, unter anderem.

Die Verbindungen und das verletzliche Gesicht der durchschnittlichen Bevölkerung zeigen eine Vorliebe dafür, den Status quo beizubehalten, anstatt die Kreislaufwirtschaft mit Bitcoin zu adoptieren – sei es aus Unwissenheit, Trägheit oder Vorsicht. Sie ziehen es vor, sich über das Fiat-System und seine Folgen (Inflation, Abwertung, Sargassum) zu beschweren, anstatt zu einem Paradigma der individuellen Verantwortung und des soliden Geldes zu migrieren.

Aber es gibt eine andere Seite, die vielen unbemerkt zu bleiben scheint: die positive, die der guten Gewohnheiten, einschließlich der Adoption und Praxis mit dem soliden Geld: Bitcoin. Während die Mehrheit den Verfall betrachtet, bauen wir Resilienz auf.

Diese Chronik ist lebendig, im Prozess und in ständiger Entwicklung. Sie dient als Instrument, um durchzuatmen und das Spielfeld zu bewerten. Das Spiel geht weiter, und die Immobilien erfordern, genau wie die Gewohnheiten, ständige Pflege. Die wahre Stärke dieser Philosophie liegt jedoch im Netzwerk und in offenen, dezentralen Protokollen. Deshalb teile ich diese Erfahrung mit totaler Transparenz: Mein Geist und mein Betrieb sind offen. Ich bin in jeder Hinsicht bereit zuzuhören, Ratschläge zu erhalten, neue Perspektiven zu integrieren und gegenseitige Unterstützung zu leisten.

3 Dieses Grundstück befindet sich in einem Rechtsstreit, nachdem im Jahr 2019 ein Betrug durch Fälschung an den Originalurkunden durch Kriminelle entdeckt wurde, ein Akt, der im Juli 2021 aufgedeckt wurde. Ein maßloser Kampf über 4 Jahre (bis zum ersten Halbjahr 2025) führte zur Entdeckung der Kühnheit, mit der sogar Anwälte und staatliche Institutionen operieren. Seit 2025, als wir entdeckten, wie sehr die Organismen, die den Betroffenen dienen und sie unterstützen sollten, unter einem Hut stecken, wartet bis heute auf eine echte Unterstützung, die die Urkunden in ihren ursprünglichen Zustand zurückversetzen kann.

Es gab etwas in der Art, wie mein Freund meinen Fragen auswich, das mich stutzig machte. Zuerst dachte ich, er wolle das Thema Bitcoin einfach nur umgehen. Wenn ich ihm von der Bedeutung des Investierens erzählte, von der Zerbrechlichkeit des Fiat-Systems, nickte er mit wenig Emotion und wechselte schnell das Thema. Selten kam er auf meine Worte zurück, um mehr über das Asset zu erfahren.

Monate später verstand ich die Wurzel seines Schweigens. In seinem Kopf wurde Bitcoin ausschließlich als Geld konzeptualisiert. Und ja, das ist es zum größten Teil, ohne Zweifel. Aber diese reduktionistische Sichtweise hatte unsere Gespräche zu einem Tabu gemacht. Denn, seien wir ehrlich: Wer von deinen Freunden oder Familienmitgliedern wird dir seine wahren Wertspeicher offenbaren? Wer wird dir verraten, wie viel Schatz er im Geheimen angehäuft hat? Ich verstand, dass sein Schweigen nicht Unwissenheit war, sondern ein ererbter Abwehrmechanismus. Es war völlig verständlich und respektabel.

Seine Schlüssel, sein Seed, waren sicher verwahrt. Und das genügte ihm. Er stellte keine Fragen, erforschte nichts; er war zufrieden mit der mentalen Ruhe zu wissen, dass er eine Ansammlung gut bewahrt hatte.

Doch als ich die statische Richtung unseres Gesprächs bemerkte, wurde mir klar, dass er die wahre Größe der Sache übersah. Er begnügte sich mit der Oberfläche und ließ die Vielfalt der Techniken zur Verschlüsselung und Sicherung des Assets außer Acht. Er kannte noch nicht die Kraft einer Cold Wallet, hatte noch nicht den Schwindel und die Verantwortung der Selbstverwahrung erlebt, und wusste schon gar nicht, was es bedeutet, unter dem „Effekt der orangenen Pille“ zu leben, zu atmen und zu wandeln.

Es ist faszinierend und zugleich aufschlussreich zu beobachten, wie die meisten Menschen sich damit begnügen, das Thema nur „berührt“ zu haben. Sie kaufen, verwahren ihre Schlüssel nach einem ersten Schritt und schließen das Kapitel ab. Mein Freund lebte in passiver Erwartung: geduckt, wartend darauf zu hören, dass „der Preis niedrig sei“, um auf irgendeiner Austauschplattform zu kaufen, das KYC (Know Your Customer) akzeptierend, ohne zu hinterfragen, was das bedeutete. Er gab seine Identität preis, um dann in seinen Alltag zurückzukehren, fast wie ein Kind, das darauf wartet, dass Bitcoin von allein irgendeine finanzielle Magie vollbringt.

Diese Haltung versetzte mich in vergangene Zeiten zurück. Ich stellte mir unsere Groß- und Urgroßeltern vor, wie sie Goldmünzen oder Schmuck in einer Holztruhe sammelten, sie vergruben oder im Keller versteckten. Die Jahre vergingen, und sie öffneten die Truhe nur, um den nächsten Schatz hineinzulegen, in der ständigen Hoffnung, dass ihr Wert intakt bleiben würde.

Aber Bitcoin ist etwas anderes.

Natürlich erlaubt das Netzwerk, weiterhin auf die alte Weise zu sammeln. Aber diese Freiheit aktiviert sich durch Praxis, Konsistenz und persönliche Transformation. Und ich hatte den tiefen Wunsch, dass mein Freund aufhörte, seine Truhe schweigend zu bewachen, und anfing, seine Welt mit Fülle zu bewohnen.

Der Katalysator: Die Narben, die uns den Weg wiesen

Um zu verstehen, warum wir den entscheidenden Sprung wagten, müssen wir zurückblicken. Wir hatten mehrere „Wellen“ systematischer Manipulation durchlaufen. Die COVID-Saison hatte uns geprägt. In meinem Fall war es im Jahr 2023, als ich mich noch intensiver – und ohne Möglichkeit, noch umzukehren – auf die Suche nach dezentralen sozialen Netzwerken begab. Diese Realität trieb mich an, nach tieferen Antworten zu suchen. Ich begann, die wahre Bedeutung des Wortes „Dezentral“ zu verstehen. Ich begriff die psychologischen und sozialen Ursachen, welche die Mehrheit der Bevölkerung dazu brachten, blind zu gehorchen. Und mitten in diesen Nächten des Studiums und der Praxis fand ich das fehlende Glied: das Nostr-Protokoll, das DeSoc (Dezentrales Soziales Netzwerk).

Die Architektur der Freiheit

Nostr war viel mehr als nur ein Werkzeug; es war die Offenbarung, dass die finanzielle Freiheit (Bitcoin) in voller Blüte gedeiht, wenn sie von Gedanken- und Meinungsfreiheit begleitet wird. Wir entdeckten ein Ökosystem, das den Alltag tragen kann: Signierung von Smart Contracts, Erstellung von Events, unveränderliche Kalender und persönliche Blogs (Longform Articles).

Mit Geduld brachte ich meinem Freund bei, seine Seele von seinem Schatten zu unterscheiden: seinen privaten Schlüssel (Nsec), der seine wahre Identität ist, von seinem öffentlichen Schlüssel (Npub), seinem Gesicht gegenüber der Welt. Er lernte, seine selbstverwahrte Wallet zu konfigurieren, um Zaps (Sats) zu empfangen.

Und dann verstand er die Schönheit der echten Dezentralisierung. Er sah, dass es Dutzende von Apps gibt, jede programmiert von unabhängigen, anonymen Entwicklern, die voneinander getrennt sind. Diese Interfaces „hängen“ sich nur an das Protokoll. Dies ermöglicht es, schlechte Praktiken der Manipulation und Zentralisierung durch einige Anwendungen zu vermeiden, die versuchen, die Funktionsweise von Lightning und die Benutzer in einem einzigen, winzigen „Ökosystem“ zu kapern.

Es ist ein Raum, in dem kein CEO dein Konto löschen kann. Wo kein Algorithmus eine „Fantasiewelt“ entwirft, um dich süchtig und gefügig zu halten. In Nostr gedeihen individuelle Freiheit und die Wahrheit des Netzwerks auf natürliche Weise, denn das Protokoll ist auf Dezentralisierung und die mathematische Unmöglichkeit der Zensur gebaut. Es gibt nur unabhängige Entwickler, die mit Zielstrebigkeit bauen.

Was sein neues Paradigma endgültig festigte, war die Entdeckung der Macht der Zaps. Er verstand, dass wir nun über die leeren „Likes“ der Corporate Networks hinauswachsen konnten. Wir konnten interagieren, Posts, Events, Nachrichten und Profile wertschätzen und unterstützen, indem wir Bitcoin-Einheiten augenblicklich übertrugen. Der Zap war die Materialisierung des Wertes, der direkt zwischen souveränen Menschen fließt, ohne Vermittler, mit voller Freiheit und ohne jegliche Erlaubnis.

Der Ruf: Spring in den Fluss, das Wasser gehört dir

Heute, Mitte 2026, lebt mein Freund bereits im Ökosystem. Jeden Tag praktiziert er Selbstverwahrung, jede Woche knüpft er Verbindungen auf Nostr, jede Interaktion ist ein bewusster Akt der Souveränität. Er ist das Ökosystem.

Und ich schreibe dies an dich, der du bis zum Ende dieser Zeilen gekommen bist, weil ich weiß, dass du genau an dem Punkt bist, an dem er vor Jahren stand. Der Moment ist jetzt. Wage den Schritt. Die Magie von Bitcoin und Nostr geschieht in dem exakten Augenblick, in dem du entscheidest, dass deine Zeit, dein Geld und deine Stimme dir gehören.

There was something about the way my friend dodged my questions that made me pause. At first, I thought he was simply trying to avoid the topic of Bitcoin. When I spoke to him about the importance of investing, about the fragility of the fiat system, he nodded with little emotion and quickly changed the subject. He rarely returned to my words to inquire further about the asset.

Months later, I understood the root of his silence. In his mind, Bitcoin was conceptualised exclusively as money. And yes, it is that for the most part, without a doubt. But this reductionist view had turned our conversations into a taboo. Because, let’s be honest: who among your friends or family members will reveal their true stores of value? Who will tell you how much treasure they have accumulated in secret? I understood that his silence was not ignorance, but an inherited defence mechanism. It was entirely understandable and respectable.

His keys, his seed, were safely stored. And that was enough for him. He asked no questions, explored nothing; he was content with the mental peace of knowing that his accumulation was well guarded.

However, when I noticed the static direction of our conversation, I realised that he was overlooking the true magnitude of the matter. He was satisfied with the surface, leaving aside the diversity of techniques for encrypting and securing the asset. He did not yet know the power of a cold wallet, had not yet experienced the vertigo and responsibility of self-custody, and certainly did not know what it means to live, breathe, and walk under the “effect of the orange pill”.

It is fascinating and at the same time revealing to observe how most people are content to have only “touched” on the topic. They buy, store their keys after a first move, and close the chapter. My friend lived in passive expectation: crouched, waiting to hear that “the price was low” to buy on any exchange platform, accepting KYC (Know Your Customer) without questioning what that implied. He gave up his identity to then return to his daily routine, almost like a child waiting for Bitcoin to perform some financial magic on its own.

This attitude transported me back to times gone by. I imagined our grandparents and great-grandparents collecting gold coins or jewellery in a wooden chest, burying it or hiding it in the cellar. The years passed, and they only opened the chest to put the next treasure inside, in the constant hope that their value would remain intact.

But Bitcoin is something else.

Obviously, the network allows one to continue accumulating in the old way. But since it is pure technology, unshakable software, Bitcoin transcends the idea of hiding a chest and opens the door for you to inhabit a living ecosystem. It challenges you to learn encryption techniques, to build your own devices, to be a sovereign nomad capable of carrying your wealth anywhere on the planet, without asking for permission, without having to declare your portability, and without any government being able to freeze your assets. For the first time in human history.

But this freedom is activated through practice, consistency, and personal transformation. And I had the deep desire for my friend to stop silently guarding his chest and start inhabiting his world with fullness.

The Catalyst: The Scars That Showed Us the Way

To understand why we took the definitive leap, we must look back. We had traversed several “waves” of systematic manipulation. The COVID season had marked us. We had to watch with heavy hearts as close family members and friends died or suffered irreversible psychological and physical damage after vaccination.

The most painful part was the social side effect: we noticed how in every individual who opted for the injection, an unusual, almost robotic temperament and behaviour remained. And the most complex of all: the deepest scar was the splitting of humanity into “two camps”. The vaccinated and the unvaccinated. Society fractured.

In my case, it was in 2023 that I began to delve deeper – with no possibility of turning back – into the search for decentralised social networks. This reality drove me to seek deeper answers. I began to understand the true meaning of the word “Decentral”. I grasped the psychological and social causes that led the majority of the population to obey blindly. And amidst those nights of study and practice, I found the missing link: the Nostr protocol, the DeSoc (Decentralised Social Network).

The Architecture of Freedom

Nostr was much more than just a tool; it was the revelation that financial freedom (Bitcoin) blooms in fullness when accompanied by freedom of thought and expression. We discovered an ecosystem capable of sustaining daily life: signing smart contracts, creating events, immutable calendars, and personal blogs (Longform Articles).

With patience, I taught my friend to distinguish his soul from his shadow: his private key (Nsec), which is his true identity, from his public key (Npub), his face to the world. He learned to configure his self-custodied wallet to receive Zaps (Sats).

And then he understood the beauty of true decentralisation. He saw that there are dozens of apps, each programmed by independent, anonymous developers, separate from one another. These interfaces only “hang” off the protocol. This allows us to avoid falling into bad practices of manipulation and centralisation by some applications that attempt to hijack the functioning of Lightning and users into a single, tiny “ecosystem”.

It is a space where no CEO can delete your account. Where no algorithm designs a “fantasy world” to keep you addicted and compliant. In Nostr, individual freedom and the truth of the network flourish naturally, because the protocol is built on decentralisation and the mathematical impossibility of censorship. There are only independent developers building with purpose.

What finally cemented his new paradigm was the discovery of the power of Zaps. He understood that we could now grow beyond the empty “likes” of corporate networks. We could interact, appreciate, and support posts, events, messages, and profiles by instantly transferring units of Bitcoin. The Zap was the materialisation of value flowing directly between sovereign humans, without intermediaries, with full freedom and without any need for permission.

The Call: Jump into the River, the Water is Yours

Today, in mid-2026, my friend already lives in the ecosystem. Every day he practices self-custody, every week he builds connections on Nostr, every interaction is a conscious act of sovereignty. He is the ecosystem.

And I write this to you, who have come to the end of these lines, because I know that you are at the exact point where he stood years ago. You are reading about the theory, analysing the charts, debating in your mind whether it is the right moment, whether the technology is safe, or whether it is worth the effort to break out of the comfort of the centralised system.

Let me tell you something: Sovereignty is understood by living it. The peace of Nostr is experienced by practising it.

Freedom is a muscle that is trained, a habit that is lived, a network that is woven with every node you build and every Zap you send. Every step you take in the ecosystem strengthens your autonomy and enriches the network that supports us all.

The world outside will keep moving. Algorithms will continue to try to shape realities, governments will continue to print debt, and society will continue to search for answers. But you already have the map. You have the keys. You have the protocol.

The moment is now. Take the step. The magic of Bitcoin and Nostr happens in the exact moment you decide that your time, your money, and your voice belong to you.

Configure your wallet. Write your seed on that paper or card. Create your profile on Nostr. Send your first Zap.

The chest is already open. The ecosystem awaits you with open arms. Welcome to reality.

This protocol (Nostr) is certainly quite entertaining, but it’s always highly advisable to bear in mind its connection to the bitcoin ecosystem; that’s what makes it even more brilliant. But at the same time, what makes so important to practise self-custody: such as running your own node, your own relay, or using a non-custodial LN wallet. And, of course, stop relying on just one client out of the many that utilise the protocol. This would broaden your mind and perspective, and help the whole community learn to spot any dodgy “moves”.
Btw., what I’m mentioning here — the positive aspects — is actually part of the features for which BIP110 is being promoted; in my view, everyone participating in the network should analyse and implement it.

Author’s Note: This narrative originally dates from 12 January 2024. Today, 29 June 2026, I revisit it with the firm intention of publishing it and preventing it from falling into oblivion. It is an act of coherence with my vision of preserving what is significant, ensuring that these oneiric experiences find their place in shared reality.

I. The Mechanics of the Unexpected

The beginning of a new phase is perceptible. The cards on the table are being dealt. Following a recounting of compelling events, a desire for peace and for narratives that soothe the spirit arises.

To free the mind, the image accompanying the start of this other stage presents a male character named Catalina. Yes, you have read correctly. I was surprised when I asked him: “Did you perhaps mean Catalino?”, to which he replied without hesitation and with firmness: “No. My name is Catalina.”

Catalina is a mechanic. He works slowly, but with precision. His home is located in a region of the Earth where houses, built in Gothic style with grey stone blocks, are relatively clustered among hills, connected by rough dirt roads.

Catalina received the commission to repair a 4x4 vehicle that had to be ready for a journey within a maximum of six hours, before nightfall. About two hours before night fell, I saw him walking at his leisurely pace to fetch some missing parts. At that moment, I seriously doubted he would finish by the requested time.

Later I discovered that the person who had taken the vehicle to Catalina was Richie. He had noticed that, in addition to the necessary repairs, some tyres were low on air or punctured. His gesture of trusting in Catalina’s meticulous slowness was the first link in a sacred chain that was only just beginning to come into view.

II. Echoes in the Auditorium and Hidden Hieroglyphs

While Catalina carried out the mechanical work, I walked towards a place resembling an auditorium, where a crowd had organised itself to listen to and observe several artists presenting musical pieces. What caught my attention most was the hip-hop rhythm performed by a young Swiss woman. She was a blonde woman with long hair, a robust build, wide hips, slender feet, and tight denim trousers. She had a peculiarity in her nose: it was completely divided by a flat cavity, much deeper than its protruding ends, reminiscent of the physiognomy of the actor Gérard Depardieu. Truth be told, the song she performed struck me as rather boring.

Curiously, I was very close to the stage, also observing the audience through a telescopic sight. To my surprise, the thousands of people present were arranged in symmetrically strange positions: thirty looking at the ground, another twenty towards the opposite side, some crouching and looking upwards, and so on. Given such oddity, I decided to withdraw to check the progress of the repair.

When Catalina returned with the necessary parts, he showed me the inner cover that protects the bonnet and the engine, which he had placed on the ground to trace cutting lines. He indicated how he would proceed. The scene struck me as disconcerting; I did not understand his rustic method as nightfall approached.

Finally, Catalina finished the work minutes before it grew dark. Despite having made cuts in the intermediate cover and doing everything else necessary to get the 4x4 running, the vehicle was left in good condition, recovering all its factory capacity.

With basic preparations, I departed from that strange city to begin a planned journey of approximately one thousand four hundred kilometres, heading towards a central city in the Magic Country. Reaching Quriato took me two nights and three days. It was interesting to note that, among so many checkpoints formed by supposed government elements, none had the opportunity to stop me for their routine inspections.

Unaware of how interesting I had been to Catalina during my stay in the Gothic city, I overlooked a comment he made during the repairs, in which he mentioned his desire to go out and see the Earth. Given the limited space I had for travelling, I paid little attention to his words. I paid, said my goodbyes, and set off towards my destination.

III. The Convergence in Oto-Bek

During a pleasant journey of approximately five continuous hours, I enjoyed preparing instant drinks to taste by simply pressing a button, listening to the best music thanks to the powerful reception of the antennas, and even having Internet access in the most remote places, regardless of any storms. Well into midnight, I decided to make the first stop to rest and continue planning my route.

The resting place was a simple hotel, almost on the roadside. After checking in, while heading to my room, I passed by a pleasant dining room when, suddenly, I heard someone calling me by my name. Turning around, I saw that it was Catalina. I was startled to see him. However, Catalina displayed a serene happiness on his face and emanated a peaceful light that inspired immediate trust.

I asked him to sit down for a drink, to which he agreed immediately; it seemed to be precisely what he desired. Although tired, I was curious about the reason for that encounter.

The lighting in the dining room was dim and warm; I could barely distinguish whether the walls were dark turquoise or blue. The furniture was wooden: three small tables in the centre and two large purple sofas forming a ninety-degree angle in a corner, with a low table between them, wide enough to hold two portfolios or documents. Catalina ordered a coffee from the waitress, and I ordered a glass of sparkling water.

“Tell me, Catalina, why and how have you arrived here?” I asked with curiosity.

“I found this information while repairing your car and thought it was rubbish. Only, when throwing it away, I managed to notice some shimmering lines that immediately caught my attention,” he replied with relief.

He carefully placed on the table the cut-outs he had made in the intermediate cover between the engine and the bonnet. They displayed brilliant information: a kind of map and strange letters which, when joining the cut-outs, simply formed the description of our current location, the time, the distance to there, and even an additional message difficult to decipher.

Outside, a strong wind blew; the windows vibrated with the force of the knots, distracting us both. The dim lighting began to flicker, so I took the opportunity to ask Catalina to continue the conversation after a short rest and to thank him for having followed me to Oto-Bek, to which he agreed.

We were getting up from the table when, suddenly, the waitress approached with a pale and worried face, almost abruptly.

“Gentlemen, I have to tell you something. A group of six people was here to leave a notice. They were very strange; their gaze seemed dark, without brightness. They have forced me to transmit this to you: we are part of an experiment. Your vehicles have been electrically manipulated and, through specific energy, they sent micro-information through your drinks to keep you under observation. Not just you, but everyone who has drunk in this place,” she informed, afflicted and on the verge of despair.

“Miss, please calm down,” I said, approaching respectfully. “But why have they chosen you to transmit the message to us?”

As I asked her this, I understood her affliction and associated the exterior gusts with the visit of those beings.

“I was refilling some drinks on the shelf when I was surprised and forcibly grabbed by three of the six individuals. I have the impression that there was a woman among the group,” she reaffirmed.

“What is your name?” I asked.

“Arinda Wandi,” she replied.

The characters had loitered around the place for a few minutes until they discovered that Arinda was nearby, listening to the melody “My Life, My Soul, My House!” by Tom Wax through speakers at a relatively high volume. This helped her not to be so startled when they took her by force to transmit the information. She only suffered some slight scratches, nothing physically serious.

Catalina, with his rustic posture, observed us in detail while storing the “hieroglyphs”. He approached me quietly and, with one of the cut-outs in his hand, whispered as close as he could:

“This is what they are looking for. I remembered it thanks to the masters.”

He showed me with his index finger two of the signs in the message.

“Now let us rest. If I am understanding the other signs correctly, it is most likely that a difficult challenge awaits us from tomorrow onwards,” he concluded.

I went to my room and lay down a little over an hour after arriving in Oto-Bek. It was complex to fall asleep and assimilate the recent event, added to the unexpected encounter with Catalina, the cut-outs, Arinda’s disturbed face, and the sudden gusts of air that made the windows vibrate.

A strange sound woke me. I had closed my eyes for barely two hours, according to my watch, and it was not yet dawn. I went to the door. Through the peephole, I observed that Catalina and Arinda were there, in the corridor. I opened it.

“What is happening?” I asked, slightly agitated. “I have slept very little.”

Catalina simply replied:

“We did not wake you. We simply knew that it is time to continue with the challenge and have waited here for a while. Now that you open the door, we must leave here soon.”

“How is it that you did not wake me? The sounds seemed to come from here, as if someone had knocked on the door.”

“It is the micro-information, which has been activated in your organism. We must go! Later we will see what to do about that. The individuals wish to recover something they believe belongs to them. I was able to decipher it in part of the hieroglyphs… But I will explain it to you later. Let us go now!” Catalina said imperatively.

I began to gather the few things I had brought for the night and joined Catalina and Arinda as quickly as I could.

When we went to look for our vehicles, I checked the system on my handheld device, which informed me completely about the functioning of mine, showing levels and any faults. To my surprise, more than fifty per cent of my vehicle’s functioning was defective; repairing it would have cost me more than twenty-four hours.

For Arinda, the perspective was completely different: no transport was circulating in the vicinity, and the place was more desolate than ever. She was practically trapped, seemed frightened, and, as a mediator of what had happened, had a difficult time.

“Where have the others gone? The receptionist, the parking guard?” I asked.

“During the events of midnight, I observed that Klaus, the receptionist, disintegrated into the air without a trace. I was very frightened, and probably the same has happened to Bill, the parking guard,” Arinda replied, distressed.

Somewhat dismayed by the faults in my vehicle, we advanced a few dozen metres until we reached Catalina’s car, which was quite large and aerodynamic. As we approached, I observed that the test signals Catalina was looking at on his device were all green; everything was working perfectly. Undoubtedly, it appeared to be a comfortable vehicle, created with materials of a strange alloy. It was neither steel nor common metal; rather, it resembled some material similar to silver.

There was enough space inside to travel comfortably. Unable to assimilate the start-up, before I knew it, we were already moving. The movement, the interior, and everything else were silent; I could hear our breathing. The most striking thing was to observe that we were carrying out the journey over rocky routes, even difficult ones to traverse for a 4x4 or any other vehicle. It seemed that we were levitating at a height no greater than one metre above each imperfection of the terrain. I had the impression that we were advancing at about ninety-five kilometres per hour.

Catalina observed our amazement through a rather wide rear-view mirror with which his vehicle was equipped. At the same time, I noticed that, despite sitting comfortably, gravity felt quite tranquil. There were loose glass objects on horizontal platforms: some glasses, bottles with liquids, and even a vase with several purple, blue, and reddish flowers.

“Feel free to walk around the cubicle, esteemed friend,” he commented.

“I would like to be your co-pilot. I quite like the sensation proceeding from your vehicle, and I see that you have a comfortable space here beside you,” I mentioned.

“Please, take a seat,” Catalina said.

Arinda fell deeply asleep in one of the seats in the cubicle. The control cabin was right in front of us. There were a couple of doors at the back.

While Catalina drove relaxedly, I observed with curiosity that the illuminated map on one of the dashboard screens, right in front of where he manoeuvred the “barque’s” journey, marked in purple a region near the area where we were located.

“We are near the ‘Cut Tree Canyon’ valley. I am impressed by the speed with which we are advancing towards there,” I mentioned with amazement.

“Yes. We must prepare to ascend eleven metres more above the height at which we are currently travelling, so that we only graze the radiation of the valley. This will serve us to maintain stability and other reserves for approximately another six hundred kilometres,” Catalina said.

“That is what I am observing: we have advanced at an uncertain speed.”

IV. Resonance and Fusion

I was still bewildered by what had happened during the night; I had thoughts about what would happen with my vehicle, and many questions revolved in my mind. Suddenly, Arinda approached, stretching her body and yawning after having slept for several quarter-hours…

Arinda stretched with a slowness that seemed to defy time itself inside the cubicle. Her eyes, still veiled by the residue of sleep, sought mine before resting on the nape of Catalina’s neck. A deep calm filled the space.

“The air in here tastes of memory,” she murmured, placing a hand on her chest, as if trying to retain something intangible. “It is a pure essence that we breathe, isn’t it?”

Catalina kept his gaze fixed on the luminous horizon, and his voice reached us with the clarity of a thought of its own, resonating in the enclosed space with serenity.

“It is the essence of the valley, Arinda. We are crossing the membrane between what was and what will be. Your body recognises it because your soul has been here before, although your mind has forgotten. Stay in that sensation; it is our shield against the dark radiation.”

I looked out the window and understood what he meant. The exterior landscape had transformed into a visual symphony of liquid forms. The cliffs of “Cut Tree Canyon” shone like columns of violet and amber light that pulsed to the rhythm of our heartbeats. The vehicle navigated through matter with absolute grace, as if the physical world had decided to become permeable to our presence. I felt a profound emotion, a nostalgia for a place where I had never been, mixed with the absolute certainty that we were exactly where we should be.

Suddenly, the purple light on the dashboard flashed, turning a blinding white. The silence of the cubicle transformed into a gentle pressure in the ears, as if we were submerging into a dense and welcoming ocean.

“They have found us,” Catalina said, and I perceived a vibration of purpose in his rustic calm. “They are the guardians of the threshold. They are testing the integrity of our intention.”

Arinda clung to the edge of the seat, showing absolute surrender on her face.

“What must we do?” I asked, feeling how the micro-information in my organism began to warm up, acting like a key turning in an internal lock.

“Flow,” Catalina replied, and his hands released the controls of the barque, which continued to advance by its own will. “We must cease to be passengers and become part of the mechanism. Omar, the information you carry within is a language. Arinda, your song in the dining room was the opening frequency. I am only the vehicle that unites you. Resonate!”

The action that followed was spiritual and sensory. I closed my eyes and let the micro-information turn into vivid images: I saw Catalina’s Gothic city as a beating heart of accumulated history; I saw Richie handing over the 4x4 as the first link in a sacred chain; I saw Arinda Wandi as a siren of solid ground whose melody could reorder chaos.

I felt how my consciousness expanded beyond the limits of my body, merging with the silver alloy of the barque, with the breathing of my companions, with the pulsating light of the canyon. Emotions crossed us like sweet electrical currents: amazement, trust, the peace that Catalina emanated from the start, now amplified a thousand times. We were three notes forming a perfect chord in the midst of oneiric immensity.

The vehicle accelerated, entering the white light of the dashboard that enveloped us completely, dissolving the walls, the seats, even the notion of time. In that instant of total fusion, I understood the undecipherable message of the hieroglyphs: it was a welcome.

V. Epilogue: The Return Home

When the light faded, a new, fertile, and alive silence returned.

We opened our eyes in unison. The silver barque was stopped gently on a meadow of luminescent grass under a sky that housed a perpetual aurora of golden and pink tones. In the distance, rose an organic city, growing from the earth like a forest of crystal and life.

Arinda had tears in her eyes, but she smiled with a serenity that erased any trace of the frightened woman from the hotel. Catalina turned towards us, displaying on his face the fullness of one who has fulfilled an ancestral destiny.

“We have arrived,” he whispered, and his voice was now the same melody that the wind moved among the shining grass. “Not to the end of the journey, but to the beginning of what we always were.”

We got out of the vehicle. My feet touched the earth, and I felt that the ground recognised me, that the micro-information within me had integrated into my being like a recovered memory. I looked at my companions and knew, with an emotion that overflowed any word, that the journey of one thousand four hundred kilometres, the phantom checkpoints, the boring music of the Swiss girl, the peculiar nose, the cuts in the engine cover, and the terror in the dining room had been only the coded language of a dream necessary to awaken to this true reality.

It was then that I saw him. Among the luminescent grass, walking towards us with that same precise slowness, was Richie. He carried in his hands an ancient key that shone with the same light as the hieroglyphs. His smile was serene, confirming that his act of taking the 4x4 for repair was the decisive gesture that allowed this oneiric journey to culminate in harmony.

We were home. And the peace we sought at the beginning of Phase 1A was the very essence of which we were now made, breathing together under the eternal aurora, ready to live, finally, awake within the most beautiful dream of all.

Has it ever happened to you that, as you start your day and sit before your work device to interact with society on the Internet, a sense of fulfilment arises? Moving on the base layer (On-Chain), expanding micropayments (Lightning), and communicating without censorship (Nostr)—all under the unwavering banner of self-custody—is not merely a financial alternative; it is the architecture of freedom.

However, whilst we build and operate within this technological trinity, the noise outside is deafening.

The Noise, Blindness, and Lack of Sovereignty

The confusion transmitted by the vast majority of people—perhaps a reflection of a society that has surrendered its biological sovereignty, vaccinating itself and dragging along dietary habits that dull the mind and spirit—is generating a massive obstacle. This cognitive fog not only affects their health but acts as a brutal brake on the genuine adoption of Bitcoin as legal tender. People want the price, they want the speculation, but they flee from the responsibility that sound money demands.

Given the nature of this situation, observing community communications in this space (Nostr) and other environments reveals an evident pattern. The manner of transmitting messages, the superficiality, and the lack of “essence” in what is published lay bare what is truly happening at the root of our ecosystem: there is a profound disconnect between the tool we hold in our hands and the understanding of why we need it.

The Silent War Within the Protocol

Whilst the masses watch the price, the future is being decided in the code trenches. I have been republishing and analysing events concerning the recent debates between Bitcoin Knots (BIP110) and Bitcoin Core, in which Matthew Kratter actively participates. To ground this and make it simpler for you, I have even dedicated time to designing a complete infographic summarising what it is all about:

Today we must be aware of what is happening and, above all, act. Because let us be honest: what good does it do to “zap” your friends through custodial Lightning wallets when perhaps tomorrow those servers will be shut down, confiscated, or centralised by a government in power?

If you use a custodian, you are not using Bitcoin; you are using a database that simulates being Bitcoin.

The problem replicates in our communication. Many are on Nostr, but they act as if they were on the centralised social networks to which they have sadly become accustomed. They post for posting's sake, seeking validation rather than building digital sovereignty. Perhaps you continue using Web2 networks in parallel; that is your decision. But if you are on Nostr and cannot discern the ideological battle being waged at Bitcoin's root, then you are merely a tourist.

Conclusion: Self-Custody or Irrelevance

Being in the ecosystem does not make you free; self-custody and conscious action do. The battle for sound money and sovereign communication is not won with likes nor with balances in third-party applications. It is won by running nodes, signing with your own keys, understanding protocol debates, and rejecting the comfort that makes you vulnerable.

The noise outside will continue. The confusion of the masses will persist. But at the root, the code does not lie. Wake up, run your node, take the keys to your Lightning, and stop treating Nostr as if it were Twitter (X), Meta or Google. The revolution is not zapped; it is built.

Four are more than enough (if you know which ones, remove three).

wss://nostr.wine, for example, is a paid service. This means that if you don’t have a subscription with them, you’ll likely only be able to read, but not write to the relay.

It depends on whether you have a membership with them or not—if you do, obviously don’t remove them.

But I suggest you remove: wss://nostr.wine and wss://nos.lol from the interface. These two don’t work for me when it comes to posting (read-only).

There are actually over 1,000 relays.
