I heard a exec from Rockstar North give a talk once and he said they were building a data centre in Texas.
After the talk he was mingling, so I asked him Why Texas? It's hot there, so it will cost more for cooling, and labour is expensive there so that will also cost more. Why not somewhere cold?

I think many people are "tightening their belts" this time of year - as the economy is so uncertain and many are worse off than last year.

Subscribing to pods, blogs and news outlets can quickly add up to a lot of money. Additionally, I think many people are feeling overwhelmed with everything that's going on in the world and are reading less, in order to maintain their sanity.
