Hey #nostr! Working on a project to help baseball players (especially younger hitters & coaches) unlock a deeper understanding of timing at the plate. I've put together a short eBook with images and video links to illustrate key concepts.
As a first-time author, I'm really focused on getting this right. I'd love for anyone interested to take a look and share their thoughts.
To get the ball rolling and gather feedback, I'm offering free copies to the first 25 people who use the code nostrbaseball with the link below:

Always happy to chat about hitting and bitcoin!

That's what we are here for and I agree. I just can't see how being transparent with gold reserves is going to help them gain power unless we have more in there than reported (which doesn't seem likely). Maybe it is about gaining trust over time by being transparent, but that just seems counter productive in the macro landscape we are in currently. Just thoughts. I have no clue what will happen

What are the repercussions of auditing Fort Knox? (Good and Bad)
Assuming the gold is not there or less than what they have been saying is in there:
Does the average American care or even know what it means?
Does the faith I'm the dollar or America get crushed in the macro landscape?
Does it wake some people up finally to the idea that their money isn't backed by anything?
I'm struggling to see how any of this would be a win for the current administration or am I missing something.
I'm all for auditing, as most of us here know its probably a lie of what we have been told is in there, but from a political standpoint, what is the play if the gold isn't there. What's the next move, how is this to their advantage?

Are there any baseball players or coaches on #nostr yet? Feels like a great place to hash out the best ideas, mechanics and memtal approaches in the game.

Welcome Coaches and Players
Hoping to make this the place to be to talk hitting on Nostr!
There are so many techniques and thought processes when it comes to hitting and this is the place to discuss, debate and find what works best for different players.

Makes complete sense. I really appreciate you taking the time. I think I have been impatient. You get concerned about people around you not being involved in something you see so clearly but I always forget that they haven't had a big enough reason to see/look into it. I'll keep chipping away

Low time preference, proof of work, deep understanding of difficult concepts, etc

What similarities are there between Bitcoin and baseball or sports in general? I am surprised at the lack of athletes I have seen in this space
