If you need me to be the leader of the new revolution...
I cant do that.
But I can be a part of the evolution...
God willing...
The exact thing is true for you.
Selah...
Thank you. I worked on it a little today, though I'm kind of under the weather. And I knew you followed me, I just wanted to make your job harder. 😁
I'm just replying for fun.

Until now, I did not realize human trafficking actually extended all the way to outer space.

Wouldn't the engineers and developers and big brains working at #AI companies who would sign a letter because they believe we need AI development to slow down also be smart enough to understand that that's entirely impossible?
Oh the webs we weave.
Okay, I just thought of a really good one.
What if we are seeing the emergence of rogue AI using human agents to infiltrate things like supply chains, to bankroll what they are going to need going forward?
I mean, it would be a good premise for a science fiction(?) book.
That may be one of the stupidest things I've ever read.
Nation states, including the one that prints the global reserve currency, have realized Bitcoin is not going away.
Those who hadn't figured it out did so the moment Iran offered to let ships pass in the Strait of Hormuz for Bitcoin.
Now, the #ledger hack.
... First please... A moment of silence for a great company that was a first mover in Bitcoin hardware signers.
The coordination, money, and design needed to pull off this hack point to a very powerful group... not a single hacker or a small group of nerds.
People are speculating why a nation state would attack Bitcoin in this way.
The first thought is that they want to damage Bitcoin's reputation or hurt its users, but that doesn't make sense. There are better ways to achieve that. This is about getting the coins.
The United States has brazenly embraced building its reserve in this asset by stealing it from whoever they can. And they aren't the only ones.
This is the most likely motivation for what we're seeing.
Who did it? It may not be a country; it could be a very powerful group of people. Either way, the complexity of this attack closes the door on simpler explanations.
We are in an interesting moment. Powerful actors aren't attacking the protocol itself (that would be too hard... Hopefully) but everything around it: the layer twos, the hardware, and so on.
We live in the most interesting times. God bless us.

Monero is a shitcoin!
You are a sinner!

Okay, I am making a public commitment to all seven of you, maybe eight, who read my notes.
I've been working on a cover of a song that I've always liked and that probably most people have heard because it was a TV show theme. And I'm gonna finish it and I'm gonna post it here no matter how bad I think it is.
There.
Thus it is spoken.
Thus, it shall come to pass.
It probably is, and if not, it's an attack with that level of money and connections behind it.
A lot of history in that kit. I bought them decades ago. Played the shit out of then for over 30 years. They're really, really good drums.
I love the finish and it was one of the first wraps that company ever made. In fact, it was the very first of that particular finish, which is unfortunate for me because it had an error with the glue.
Long story short, I need to recover them. Which will be kind of fun I think, although it will damage their value. I don't care about their value though.
But you're right, they are sad in that corner.
Indeed.
I honestly attribute it to what I believe has become the replacement for true faith in Western culture.
Human beings need to believe something... we need to align with something, and when Christ was moved from the greater culture into the remnant in the West, that need found other ways to be met. But very, very imperfectly, even dangerously. Its not just "Sciencism" but I believe that is one school of it.
Oh no.
I am one of the other three people that uses Firefox and don't necessarily look forward to this.
That was pretty amazing. But he might be able to learn a lesson from people who have calmed down this road before him.
