Just in time for a three-day weekend. 🧐

Cigars are nice in the right setting.

Boarded but stuck on the tarmac due to heavy traffic in denver. Kid is screaming next to me. Hanger is setting in.
Slowly losing my shit here.

Or not. Fuck this cow shit infested cornhole. I should have done the 3 hour drive to a larger fuking airport.

Ja, voll krass. Aber wir sind in Regensburg. 🫣
I'm not, but it's one thing to know something will happen and another to see it happen. Surreal.
Cordn groups and messages are stored in the app, not on relays. Have to back them up and restore them, like with SimpleX.
Another reason to hate PDFs:
People don't realize that they are easy to generate and generally unsigned, so they give people a false sense of security that they are valid, verifiable documents.
You don't realize how deeply software engineering work is embedded into you until you do work that isn't software engineering and everyone is like, Wow, I can tell you were in software engineering.

Yeah, but in the cases I know of, even the person creating it is like, Damn that's some useless crap, right there. 😂
I've become some sort of "help me fix my bots' useless crap" helpline, for frens, family, and now coworkers.
Yeah. I feel increasingly like I'm leading the AI, concerning the stuff I am adept at. And people tell me their AI refers to me about Nostr stuff.
There's just a point where you become the training data and it's a bit underwhelming from then on. Just feels like much faster code completion. (Which is very cool and useful.)
But if you jump to a topic you are unfamiliar with, AI makes the initial hurdle much smaller than copy-paste programming and reading paper manuals used to be.
I see clueless people going back-n-forth with their AI and a lot of useless crap comes out. I see capable people do it and useable products come out. The capable people think everyone is getting the same output they are, but GIGO still applies.
That said, AI has brought more of the engineering team to the coding table, instead of 5 people knowing what needs to be built, all yelling at Bob to build it. For better or for worse. Now, there are two or three Bobs, but still one SuperBob. (Who now gets to babysit the LowerBobs.)
The point being that the movement doesn't make sense, in the longer term. USD devalues and people sell gold to buy more USD.
Yeah, but it's not our personal devices.
Just spent two days setting up a new laptop and a new tablet, and I'm all traumatized. Takes hours and hours. 😭
Oh, and don't forget email, so that they can send you the confirmation code.

> The cat sat on the mat after the party.
The rule is that this doesn't require a comma because it comes at the end. Optional comma, if you move it to the front.
After the party the cat sat on the mat.
🤷🏻♀️ No comma required.
Ah, you're right, it is. Contains a verb.
It would have to be:
> The cat sat on the mat after the party.

Oh crap, it's all Python? 😂
Flight rescheduled to go home a day early. Woo-hoo!
Pretty similar issues. It feels like I need to restart it every few days when I'm home and using it kind of heavily.
The longer it runs, the less responsive it feels. I have mine installed through Home Assistant though, so I was wondering if separating it away from the Home Assistant server would be a benefit. It's on a rock pro which isn't bad, but It's still a single board computer.

Oooooh. Yeah, I definitely have troubles with the music assistant server.

One of the upsides of hyper-thin hair. Even with long hair, my shit was dry in a few hours. (By long I mean it went down to like the middle of my back.)
One thing I don't miss about long hair

You could have just googled this rage-bait, bro.
Sweden loaned the painting as part of their EU Presidency's attempt to exhibit Scandanavian culture.

It's not true. Those are examples of other paintings from the same artist, Lena Cronqvist. One of her paintings was hung in a temporary art exhibit in the EU Parlament in 2003.
Her art is all really ugly, tho. Very bad taste.

Yeah we are pushing to get this project done so we can fly home and chill.
And to nobody's surprise, working multiple 12-hour days on nothing but Nebraska gas station burrios and Red Bull has backfired. And my body is angry.
