The Bitcoin Meetup Paraguay #11(1,5 years ago) was soo crazy.
More than 190 people registered.
They had a stage, sponsors, Bitcoin miner exhibition, entry wristbands, and I had a small booth.

Yes, it is technically possible to open a bank account using a Cédula that u receive as well to open a paraguayan bank account.
On 25 April 2025, I received my temporary residency for Paraguay.
I hope I will never need it; in one week I will try to change it into a permanent one.

I think @bitcoinKeeper_ is the best Bitcoin Wallet to test stuff.
If you change it to testnet you can just click on "receive testnet coins". It just works.

I do not get why human readable BIP-39 Seedphrases are not a Standard for Nostr yet.
You could easily derive the Nostr Nsec from it and so you would help so many people trying to write their cryptografic nsec on paper.
