As a person who has always had very few ladies in my life, it's been nice to have the home school group moms around. In typical mom fashion, they were asking if I'd gotten any sleep with hubs traveling. We're not bosom buddies by any means, but it is nice to have meatspace people who remember you're having troubles...and to suggest yummy ramen/sushi joints. #thursdaythotsonatuesday

I am a horrible dancer, I'm more of a flail about on the dance floor 😂. But I was a band nerd in school and I think it influences my counting style.

Had planned on making stuffed poblano peppers, I waited too long and my peppers were pretty wrinkly. Not bad, just not stuffing worthy. Made the ground beef and quinoa filling, cut the poblanos in to strips and mixed it all up in the skillet, topped it with cheese and baked for about 15 min 🫄. Stuffed poblano casserole ftw. #youcanjustturnitintoacasserole
