We aren't there now, but we should be.
Even if we assume that one out of 10 people would commit rape, in a busy room, if 9 out of ten people would stop a rape, then your daughter would be totally fine.
We have such a big cultural issue with excusing rape and looking the other way when it happens. That is very fixable and we need to fix it like yesterday.
