At one point in time it seemed like it would be impossible to get people away from Windows, now even gamers are abandoning ship.
Gradually then suddenly.
LBRY/Odysee figured the expensive backend part, they just have a frontend which sucks ass. If the people making free alternative frontends for YouTube focused on making alternative lbry frontends instead, we would be in a much better position.
If I had the resources I would vibecode something along those lines. Getting an alternative frontend people like and wire it up to use LBRY instead of YouTube.
