I picked up my wife's car from the shop yesterday after a brake job and a tranny flush. The nice young man said everything looks good, here's your total, do you want a reciept? I paid and shoved the paperwork in my pocket. When I got home, I looked it over and there is a note.

He let me drive it home in a semi-unsafe condition and missed an opportunity to sell me shocks, struts and coils. smh
