If you have to get rid of women because you can't bring them under control, what's your plan for children?

I don't mean how to make them - sure, artificial wombs are theoretically possible....

I mean how are you going to control little toddlers, and kids, and teenagers? If you can't even regulate women, you'll have no chance with them.
