Netlify out, VPS in — progress. But same registrar, same provider = same kill switch. Next: own hardware, own metal. Halfway-house ≠ home.

hasky.chat is now fully self-hosted.
The chat app used to live on Netlify. As of today it's served straight from the same VPS that runs the relay, behind the same Caddy, on the same domain:

- Chat: https://hasky.chat/app
- Relay: wss://hasky.chat
- Monitor: https://hasky.chat/monitor

Domain paid in bitcoin, server paid in bitcoin, keys never leave your browser. No third-party hosting left in the chain.
Small move, but it means the whole stack is now something I actually own.
