Friends of ours (an elderly couple) asked my 11 year old if she can help them with some garden stuff and that they are willing to pay her. She replied respectfully that she will be happy to, but can only accept sats as payment. Proud mommy moment! They are Bitcoiners, so no explanations were needed.
She worked 3.5 hours and received 6395 sats! She saves every sat she gets and prefer all her money in sats. It starts with the youth.

Definitely! My husband and I have always been against the system and already did things against the grain. When Bitcoin came along it gave us the final piece of the puzzle we were looking for . We raise our children as free thinkers, we do free schooling and Bitcoin is the perfect example for them. Bitcoin becomes a way of living.

There are two definitions for “Boer”
1. A person who practices agriculture as a profession - a farmer
2. Boer, the ethnic and cultural group consisting of the descendants of mainly Dutch-speaking farmers.
Boers are Afrikaners.

Poll:
As an Afrikaner I’m very interested in the refugee resettlement program.
I love my country but there is no future here. Believe me we tried. You can’t run a business without BEEE and legislation killing you, the Bela bill was declared law last year meaning we don’t have the right the teach our children how we want to, it is now law that land can be confiscated and we live in fear of crime on a daily basis, walking in the street is a no go, you need an alarm, electric fence and outdoor security just to sleep at night.
Give me your insights, what will you do?
1. Stay and hope for the best
2. Take the step in to the unknown and start a new life

Today I discovered that @npub13lj…cfhw has a Woocommerce plugin! This is super exciting! Most other #lightning plugins is either too complicated or you need a node (working on this but won’t be stable for still awhile) or integrate in custodial systems I don’t like.
#Blink is my primary day to day lightning wallet due to ease of use and it just always works. Integrating the plugin into my website took less than 5 minutes.
This in return means I can now accept btc without a node on my website (semcomama.co.za)! Most of my products in my shop is available for free download, but now I can also give the option for “Name your price”. Same with the support option “Buy me a coffee”, I used just have a QR code for those that wished to support my work. Now I have it as an product in my shop and customers can support when they check out!
Thanks @npub13lj…cfhw !
