It won’t. Real estate is the most manipulated market of all. Even more so than the stock market. The government can’t let prices fall too much or it could cause a banking crisis, leading to a depression.

Yeah, it’s not that I’ll waste less time. It’s that I’ll waste time in ways I prefer. I’d rather play video games or watch a movie than doomscroll.

For sure. It’s just a tool, like a hammer. You can use a hammer to build a neighborhood, or use it to bludgeon children to death.
For me personally, the bad outweighs the good. I guess I lack self control. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I too was planning to switch to graphene when the Motorola handset dropped. However, I also just want to call and text (podcasts and directions too) without Apple or Google services. I’m switching to the light phone III instead.
Rather than try to shield my smartphone data, I realized I really don’t want a smartphone. I can do what I need to do on my Linux desktop and not be online all the time. I want to be present. I can’t accept 3 hours a day of screen time anymore.

I learned recently that the higher the inequality in a nation, the higher the consumption. It sounds counterintuitive, but makes sense when you really ponder it.
The Unites States is the furthest outlier in inequality and consumption.
Celebrities wear a LV bag that they could literally replace every day with no material change to their lifestyle. Yet, you’ll see a woman wearing the same bag and it cost her a month of net pay. We are a sick nation. 🇺🇸

Easy my dude.
Heat cast iron pan to medium low.
2 large eggs beaten with salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Add diced onion and peppers along with bacon cut into small pieces.
Add a liberal amount of avocado or olive oil & butter to the pan and pour the mixture in.
Wait until the egg is almost completely cooked and then fold the egg onto itself in thirds.
Brown to desired crispness.
It takes me less than 5 minutes to prep and about 5 minutes to cook.

Repetition is the most powerful mind programming technique.
How often do Americans talk of “freedom”?
They don’t realize they’re not free. They’ve been programmed to believe this is freedom—and the US Government provides it to them.
