We may compare the people of Venice, therefore, to the bees working together in their hives of gold. Bees are obedient to the general purpose of the hive.
They compete, but they do not struggle.
They are tireless in their work, but there is no obvious coercion exercised upon them other than the search for the common good.

Criticizing/killing Bitcoin BLAKE2b won’t fix BitThereum’s fundamental problems.
Just like killing Bitcoin won’t fix the Fiat System.
The Fiat BitTherean community is more than welcome to get its shit together and try to outcompete Bitcoin on BLAKE2b.
But the Hash Lords and Core Whores seem intent on emulating the Way of Ethereum, BSV, and BCH.

Will 100kb Op_Returns and DickButts defend us from the next attack?
I really don’t even know where to begin there.

Perhaps people show marginal preference for Bitcoin with BIP-110 rules, new PoW Algo, Knots standards, smaller block size, fixed block header, more block template diversity, an uptick in DATUM adoption, and a more coherent monetary vision and culture?

Nostriches…. Read this from @npub1enn…sd40 on BIP-110
You are all on Notice:
“The principle behind BIP110 is crystal clear & unassailable. That is why there have been no principled (valid) objections to it.
I will always support anything that improves Bitcoin's quality as money.
And in fact, those moaning about a "lack of consensus" whilst also supporting (or ignoring) bCore blowing up OP_Return (which had far less than BIP110) is a rank contradiction. Blaming those trying to defend Bitcoin i.e. minimise @bitcoincoreorg's economically illiterate approach that results in Bitcoin's quality as money being reduced, falls into the same category.
Further, as to whether to activate or not in of itself is ultimately irrelevant to its justification. Just like taxation is theft isn't changed by whether the hoi polloi, congress, & or the senate vote or pass legislation claiming otherwise.
In fact, every single Bitcoiner currently whining about BIP110 'cus practical x reason': would have supported the principle historically (and in technically far worse activation circumstances). Why don’t some like it now that it’s actually being pursued with conviction, after every reasonable rational response from bCore has been rejected? Because they're either; ignorant, arrogant, a dupe, a knave, invested, conflicted, and/or compromised), or all of the above.
Asking me whether I "can in good conscience keep using BTC after causing so much drama" is actually insane levels of gaslighting. The war started again in wtfhappenedinfeb2023.com . bCore had already won the first OP Return war in 2014 but instead of doing the same playbook that worked; they chose to be 'captured cucks' paid in fiat, who don't run nodes, and are funded by 'VC & shitcoin land' folks, so they decided to lay down their arguments & get on their knees instead of allowing the cat to get the rats (fix the bugs, instead of updating the documentation).
It's the equivalent of chiding @RonPaul and supporters for sparking the rEVOLution & wanting to END THE FED etc. because they disrupted the Republican convention and "caused so much drama". RINO's (BINO's) complaining about RP being a kook etc. for wanting to support sound money. Lamenting the issue of central banking being raised at all.
You're basically asking me—how in good conscience can I keep supporting liberty, if others object? For all the 'fence sitters', who say they are anti-spam but demonstrate otherwise through their actions: if you're against statism, well so, why bother? You going around telling other libertarians loudly: "yOu DoN'T HaVe CONsenSus!?"
The claim is that Bitcoin's potential as money (i.e. becoming world's most common medium of exchange) would be "dead"; when the monetary properties that made it what it is are negatively impacted e.g. centralising, increases costs more than otherwise would be the case for Bitcoiners without the spam [being mitigated] etc).
It's a counterfactual. A compared to argument. Basic economic logic. Which is why the dev syndromers (enGinEers) don't get it. It's always been about mitigation and making it harder to reduce Bitcoin's quality as money (all else being equal). There's still no better alternative re: fiat, or shitcoins etc.
So, no. I’ll be wearing my BIP110 hat regardless of outcome at the next Bitcoin meet-ups. I'll actually be more self-righteous if it fails, as hard as that is to fathom.
It’ll forever be a signal to the people who actually understood what was at stake — Bitcoin's quality as money — and help me instantly grok who are the mindless cowardly larpers who pretended they did but clearly haven’t done the work.
Again, I will always support anything that improves (or maintains) Bitcoin's quality as money.
A challenge for those who may be groaning still, go ahead and state your "principled" objection, which is on your own terms and I'll highlight how you'll need to update it (and accept you're wrong). Be better, fight the cognitive dissonance. Support Bitcoin as money only.

Doing so increases the likelihood that her transaction will be included in the next pleb chain block. This also sends a signal to miners not mining on the pleb chain that there is high demand for pleb chain blocks and greedy miners will start mining those blocks to get the high transaction fees.

The Knots vs. Core debate isn’t like a debate about if you like chocolate or vanilla better… or if you like airplanes more than trains.
Bitcoin was objectively made to be Money like how airplanes and trains were made to be transportation machines.
This is a debate about the best way to engineer a thing (Bitcoin) to accomplish its objective purpose (P2P Electronic Cash aka Money)
If you aren’t into Bitcoin for its singular objective monetary purpose, then GFY and hard fork off… don’t try to hold the network hostage with your bullshit fantasy pipe dreams for “Muh Use Cases!!”

Good Bitcoin Arguments:
Bitcoin should decentralize the block templates using DATUM + Ocean
Bitcoin should mitigate spam with best effort with Knots + RDTS.
Bitcoiners should always encourage best practices and resist the Siren Songs of Fiat convenience with best effort.

Never interrupt your enemy while they’re making a mistake…
… unless that mistake is trespassing on your property or desecrating the Bitcoin proof of work chain and P2P relay network with SpamScam bullshit.
Run Knots + RDTS + DATUM + Ocean

The only Bitcoin Mining Pool that isn’t contributing to the distortion in Bitcoin’s Miner Difficulty Signal today is Ocean because of DATUM… Why?
Because the cost of building your own block template is material.
When miners outsource material cost of block template construction to a centralized third party, the true real world difficulty of Bitcoin mining is hidden.
Meanwhile, Bitcoin’s chain of memory gets polluted & bloated by Degenerate Miners like AntPool, Foundry, MARA etc…

2026-05-16 16:14:18 UTC

Keep Bitcoin in the Goldilocks Zone by laser focusing your laser eyes on the Monetary Objective with precision, accuracy, & error-minimization.
Use software & hardware like Knots, RDTS, DATUM, Ocean, Hash Auctions, Start9, SeedSigner etc to do this.
Course correction is key.🛡️

2026-05-15 17:28:52 UTC

Haters always say “you’re just virtue signaling” whenever you try to prioritize the Good.
Sound Money is a kind of virtue signal when you really think about it.
This helps explain why the Fiat Shitcoin SpamScammers hate on the idea of Bitcoin as Sound Money.

Today, it’s safe to say we can add DATUM, Knots, Ocean, Hash Auction Markets over IP, and BIP-110 to the list.

At a minimum we need Bitcoin users to intensify their hostility and friction on Spam as much as reasonably possible, before even having a discussion about more functionality

2026-04-16 23:49:29 UTC

You got raw Bitcoin Hashrate?
And you don’t build your own blocks??
Consider auctioning off Hash to the highest bidder at a Hash Auction over IP like Braiins.
Stop sending Hash to Fiat-minded mining pools that pollute Bitcoin with Spam & give you low quality BTC in return.

2026-04-16 23:47:50 UTC

Hashers & Node Running-Block Template Operating-Sats HODLers should be sending frequent price signals to each other to enhance Bitcoin’s quality.
DATUM & Braiins Hash Auctions open up price signal channels between Hashers & HODLers/Full Node Runners/Block Template Providers.

Quality Control 101

IF Bitcoin has an optimum “polarity”, then perhaps DATUM + Hash Auction Markets over IP help Bitcoin polarity course correct back to the “narrow optima” by opening up more price signalling channels and payment rails between Hash sellers and Sats sellers.

Hash is super perishable and hard to fake.
Hash "shelf life" is practically zero.
Sats are super non-perishable and hard to fake.
Sats "shelf life" is practically infinity.
Bitcoin Yin & Yang.
Hash price of Bitcoin is more interesting than Dollar Price of Bitcoin.

If you’re new to Bitcoin, familiarize yourself with the following:
Austrian Economics
Knots
BIP-110
DATUM
Ocean
Start9
SeedSigner
BitAxe
Datacarrier = 0
Braiins Hashrate Marketplace
These are Bitcoin’s most sound scaling tools & scaling vectors today.

Online Hashrate markets is more fertile soil for scaling Bitcoin and Bitcoin’s elite auctioneering and engineering minds.
Add Online Hash Auctions to the list of other great scaling vectors aka Knots + BIP-110 + DATUM + Ocean + SeedSigner + BitAxe + Economic literacy
And yes, economic literacy is a scaling vector… if the mental nodes using the Bitcoin network are properly filtering for bullshit, then you’ll see less abuse of the technical base chain, which helps Bitcoin scale organically

Time for them to resign.

The road back to Fiat Clown World is paved with the convenient centralization of the Bitcoin Block Template Cartel.
In order to maximize the resilience and redundancy of Bitcoin we should encourage Hash to pivot back to building their own blocks like Satoshi did.

Incorrect; filters don’t censor anyone.
Any sufficiently motivated actor can Spam Bitcoin.
