Thanks for reply. Haven’t ben here for a while. Nostr seems to me so vast and chaotical, not sure how to use it. I’m sick of politics and hate and would like some nice calm place I can use as my diary to share my joy with others, who might be interested. Maybe Instagram could be such a place too...

Hello, is nostr still alive and does it make sense to be here? If yes, why? I would like to move from X.com for good but it's not easy to leave for me. Thanks

By the way, the table is nightmare, still not finished. 🙂 It's also too big for my workshop and too heavy for me and my wife. Will need another two strong men to bring it to kitchen.

New project started last week. We are rebuilding our fireplace from double-sided fireplace insert to one sided but with tiled stove on the other side so we can cook and bake while we are heating. This time it's not done solely by me, I'm just helping. Now it's a mess but it's gonna be beautiful at the end. I hope... 🙂 https://nostr.build/i/4375128189f0424e859ef0164a04efda5e9d79e7618118f9f5d16fb72fd6d972.jpg https://nostr.build/i/9c7bf93dce32af13c4bf6b518f450952a5077f7a6ea7ce386670be91f074a331.jpg

🙂 don't worry it has nothing to do with ghosts. I'm just spending time with terminally ill people who will pass away soon. If they want my company of course. We talk about their fear or life or just be silent holding hand. During this time usually very strong bond is created. It's difficult but also transformative. Every human being should end its life with dignity and without unbearable pain. Therefore Hospices are so important. Or mobile hospices so terminally can die at home.
