30 hours is great! Actually that was the peak point of difficulty on my longer fasts (a 5 day fast a month before the longer one). I think if you add daily electrolytes you could push through and hit the deeper autophagy phase. Best of luck on all that. Cheers!

I did a 19 day near-water fast, it was great (electrolytes are key). Yes, slow multi-day reintroduction of food. Lost 25 lbs and holding
I found Dr. Pradip Jamnadas on Diary of a CEO then other talks of his (watch out for the AI generated crap). He talks about keeping the body guessing so it can't get too settled in a routine. Fasting a few times per year is like when our ancestors ran low on food. Now we have to do it intentionally.
First 12/12 fasting for 2-3 weeks then 18/6 for a few before going into prolonged fasting (3d - month). Then come out and eat regular for a while then do it all over.
I found several others to make sure I was getting consistent info, Dr Berg for his way of explaining things without being extreme & finding balance.
Now I'm into adding sardines to the diet but will go back to fasting in a couple months. Decided that the year I turn 50 I need to lose 10 lbs/mo and keep it off.
God speed!

Have you had an agent do a site for agent usability? Are websites for people different than a site that an agent would find helpful? I'm thinking about how sites are always trying to look chic and appealing, like that tiny business that has that generic picture in a board room of a diverse group of models smiling and looking at a computer together to try to say they are corporate-like. Does such a site make an agent think the same as a person?

That maybe with other major shifts, like methane mitigation that people like @nprofile…unu3 talk about, and shifts in consumption due to hard money that people like @nprofile…vlfj talk about, we who have taken the burden of worrying can ease up on ourselves a little and see other perspectives such as human flourishing due to the marvels of fossil fuels.

Let's expand that to be GOVERNMENT and scam:
I live in a USA state that has engaged WithOdyssey.com as a "help state businesses help our low income families with education". The dimensions of government 'intervetion' stupidity blows my fucking mind, and that's after benefiting from it.
So this group convinces state lawmakers to allocate money for low income families to receive $1000/kid for educational supplies, something most politicians will get behind cause the optics make them look good.
To keep those "greedy corporations" out only in-state vendors are allowed on the platform.
So families apply, get funding and get on the site to start ordering. Stuff looks expensive but we think "Well, it was free money". One of the things my wife ordered was "Colored cardstock and 2 reams". When we opened the box it was a bundle (75 sheets) of colorful cardstock and 2 reams of Amazon Basics copy paper.
I ask my wife, "Did you really order this?" Her jaw dropped as she was expecting something like a box of colored cardstock because the WithOdyssey price was $65 (English as a second language, not knowing what a ream was).
We quickly search the cardstock, $10 at Walmart, and the aB paper, $20 NON-bulk. So a 216% mark up to help local businesses. PLUS they got state sales tax on it.
I guess it's just adding liquidity. Nothing stops this train. Amiright @nprofile…3tqm?
