Each generation works with different tools.
It’s easier for each generation to reproduce what the last generation did. True genius is making something new that people don’t understand they need yet.

In the north, squirrel pelts were used as currency.
Another example of PoW, hunting down squirrels isn’t easy…

His-story is just a story from the mainstreams view.
It’s important to study history but also remember to not take it at face value.

2023-05-18 15:37:34 UTC

It’s unfortunate that the most stupid things go viral on social media.

2023-05-18 13:21:53 UTC

The amount of hassle to start accepting payments for a business with the current infrastructures is insane!

2023-05-17 16:03:06 UTC

Moving stablecoins on bitcoin and lightning through Taro is the biggest evolution happening right now!

2023-05-16 20:28:35 UTC

Stockmarket valuations haven’t had anything to do with reality in a long time.

2023-05-16 16:31:34 UTC

When will people care enough about the government stealing their purchasing power to actually do something about it?

2023-05-15 14:19:10 UTC

Humans are inherently selfish and deceitful. That’s why we can’t trust humans to control the money.

2023-05-11 18:09:22 UTC

When people loose trust in currencies, banks and governments, they’ll choose to trust something with as little human dependency as possible.

2023-04-19 19:20:14 UTC

Sound money incentivises the government to be more effective and use its resources in a more valuable way.

2023-04-19 16:07:59 UTC

The reason why governments don’t have to be responsible and as valuable to the public as possible, is because they can print money!

2023-04-13 17:50:19 UTC

The reason why banks want inflation is to incentivise people to invest their money into the biggest casino, the stock market, in order to escape inflation.

Blockchain technology is a great equaliser that challenges the dominance and control of big tech.

2023-04-07 14:18:41 UTC

If gold has so much intrinsic value, why is only 10% used in industry while 90% sits in the vaults of speculators trying to drive the price up?

Remember, the federal reserve isn’t federal and there is no reserve!

2023-03-25 19:39:10 UTC

What makes blockchain-based assets so extraordinary, is that they should also tied to something physical, but don’t have to rely on one or even ten physical locations.

2023-03-25 16:46:36 UTC

One of the problems with gold is that it’s tied to a single physical location, which means it can be take by force, which incentivises conflict.

Sure, centralised models require more bureaucracy.

2023-03-25 09:28:26 UTC

The best thing one can do to improve humanity is to make the allocation of resources more effective and equal.

2023-03-24 17:20:06 UTC

The financial elite keeps the people distracted with ups and downs, problems and solutions, while robbing them with their own currency.

2023-03-23 17:21:27 UTC

People will eventually understand the scam behind fractional reserve banking and escape the banking system!

2023-03-23 14:35:44 UTC

The sad truth is that mainstream media is basically a reality tv show meant to distract the masses from what’s really happening.

2023-03-23 13:26:28 UTC

The modern economic system is about creating problems by issuing too much credit and then ”solving” these problems by issuing far less.

2023-03-17 21:32:06 UTC

Communism doesn’t work in the physical world, neither will it work in the digital.
We should strive for digital infrastructure that allows people to actually own their property and identity instead of simply renting it from the gatekeepers.

2023-03-17 17:59:55 UTC

The biggest shifts in our digital world include huge advancements in both hardware and software.

2023-03-17 17:20:52 UTC

Why would we need CBDCs?
We already have electronic fiat currency, blockchain won’t make it any less of a scam.

2023-03-17 16:59:26 UTC

A networks value depends on the number of users.
The decentralisation depends on the cost per user to participate equally.

2023-03-17 13:32:52 UTC

Your seed phrase is your digital fingerprint.
A completely random and unique password that holds the keys to your digital property and identity.
You need to protect it accordingly!

So when a new BIP is presented and there’s a new version of bc, who decides whether the nodes are updated or not?
