What's going on with $NAKA? Tried to put some in my retirement account this morning at $4.75 but Fidelity said buy orders are not allowed for this security.

I haven't uploaded in a minute. The site looks different. I never had to sign-in before.

Is there an image uploader for nostr that's free? I was using nostr build but it looks like they're charging now.

Do you think you'll need a drain? I just picked up some supplies today to put one together. I didn't think about drainage. I was just reading a suggestion about adding a drain. Are you going to add larvae? I know @nprofile…4zf8 was selling some last year.

Excuse me for my ignorance, and thank you for the history lesson in advance, but how did they revalue gold back in the day? Did they revaule it to the current market level? Wasn't it illegal for Americans to hold gold? Do you know how the rest of the world received that change?

Lol nevermind. I guess I misunderstood what I was listening to. I guess they could manipulate the price higher but there would be consequences?

Could the govt just call gold like $20,000 an ounce?

I was thinking that retail was buying in anticipation of the govt repricing, but I guess they wouldn't be able to move the market like that?

No. I think it's because of people speculating that the govt is going to reprice it to pay off the debt.

I'm a 45 year old white ass boy. Had an early stage one melanoma removed last spring. Before that I was undergoing treatment for Actinic keratosis, which is a precancerous growth that can turn into other skin cancers that are less deadly than melanoma. Been in the sun my whole life. Multiple blistering sunburns since I was a little kid. Ate seed oils my whole life. Dermatologist told me to stay out of the sun and use sunscreen. Fuck that. I changed my diet to a meat based Paul Saladino style diet. I make sure that I get moderate sun exposure on most days. I just cover up when I'm exposed for too long. I'm not sure if I'm doing right, but I understand the importance of warm sun on my skin. It's like a primal feeling. It feeds my soul. Just went in for a quarterly checkup and I was all good. I did have a couple AK's burned off, but they were there since the initial treatment though. My skin looks and feels healthier than ever. Not advice, just my experience. I hope it helps.

I shook my farmers hand for the fifth time. #regenerativeagriculture ribeyes from @npub1m4a…czzj cooked on a Weber kettle charcoal grill. I bought a half beef and had all the steaks cut 1.5 inches with bone-in. Best beef in #Arkansas. Thank you Todd!

I've been doing it daily for a couple months now and I've noticed a big change almost immediately. I always do the "bird dog" last and for some reason it fixes me right up. It's really helped with barbell lifting, especially the back squat.

I was supplementing with magnesium, potassium, and calcium in citrate form with no improvement. Was not drinking coffee. I wonder if it had something to do with gut flora. Not sure. Got sick of wasting my time watching these influencers for answers. Finally watched a Paul Saladino video and he was experiencing the same problem. I believe that's why he incorporated carbs back to his diet. I'm glad it's working for you and other people.

What were your issues? How long have you been eating meat only? Are you active? I'm curious because everyone shills these influencers. I ate only meat, mostly red, for 5 months and I started getting muscle cramps that went away as soon as I started eating some carbs again.

2024-05-14 19:43:35 UTC

Everyone posting that all they do is eat meat. I tried it for five months and my electrolytes got outta whack. Added raw milk, raw honey, and fruit to my meat based diet and muscle cramps gone. Is there something I was missing with #carnivore? Or are all yall full of shit? I'm not trying to hate. I did it and it was terrible.

Glad ur having success! I was using bacon as a crutch. I think I was over doing it because I could feel my blood boiling every time I would get worked up. Same with pork rinds. I had to cut pork completely out. I feel much better. Way more chill. I'd like to experiment with pasture pork or pork that's raised better. Also had to cut chicken eggs out. Found a local supply of duck eggs and I do much better on them. Same with goat vs cow milk. I do much better on raw goats milk.

Totally man. You're probably a lot smarter than me with your approach. I followed Ken Berry's beef, butter, bacon and eggs to a "T" and it about ruined me. I don't give up easily. I thought maybe I could struggle through the electrolyte imbalances and my body would adapt sooner or later. Nope!

I went strict carnivore for five months and started getting terrible leg cramps at night. I salt my food heavily. I supplemented magnesium, potassium, and calcium in citrate form with no luck. Added fruit, honey, and raw milk to my meat based diet and I no longer have leg cramps. I'm not sure how some people can eat straight meat and not experience electrolyte imbalances.
