The Spirit doesn't just point you to Jesus or give you his teachings, He actually transmits Christ's risen life into you, so that what was true of him becomes true of you.
Galatians 22 captures it: "It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me."

Humility is the reverence to one's complete dependence on the Father of Creation; the same reverence modeled by the Son of Man.

I've recommended Blockstream 2-of-3 collaborative multisig to friends and family; for awhile they had closed off their initial onboarding, but now it's being opened for general availability.
I think it's a well thought out tool for preventing the remote theft of #Bitcoin while still being easy to use with good disaster recovery options. Works great on a dedicated #GrapheneOS device.
They've finally prioritized adding multisig recovery directly into the app. Very nice; previously I had to be the Uncle Jim for my people for running their recovery script against a node.

2026-10-13 19:43:50 UTC

- reply

Right, but they wouldn't have all 3 pubkeys on a multi-vendor quorum unless they pwned all three vendors.
Barring that, users would could tell on themselves by spending, since the pubkys are revealed in multisig spends.

2026-10-13 19:34:38 UTC

- reply

Yeah, it looks like you'd need to compromise ALL THREE keys in a 2-of-3 to pwn a multisig setup:
"Without the third key, brute force is off the table — two to the two hundred fifty-six curve points is eight and a half septillion universe-ages at a trillion derivations per second, so that's not a strategy, that's a surrender. What a remote attacker actually does is rank four moves. First, passive waiting: any spend by the owner broadcasts the third pubkey in the witness script, and from that moment the drain is trivial — one combination, seconds. Second, a one-pass chain scan for co-appearing pubkeys, which only surfaces wallets that already spent, so it's a partial map of a corpse, not a live target list. Third, if the third key came from a different compromised population — say another reseller batch with a million devices — the search space is pairs times that population, roughly forty-five billion combinations at a million devices, which is hours on a serious GPU cluster but not impossible. Fourth, go after the descriptor through the coordinator software, a cloud backup, or phishing the backup location — because if the descriptor leaks, everything collapses to one combination regardless of keys. The uncomfortable truth is the multisig's real defense isn't the math, it's that the third key's absence makes the attacker's job a waiting game or a metadata hunt, and both of those are things the owner controls by not spending and keeping the descriptor offline."

2026-10-13 19:30:22 UTC

- reply

Yes but it is still an order of magnitude harder to compromise multisig even if you manage to, in a single operation, compromise two vendors.
It's not as simple as adding two seeds together, however with AI it's probably possible to automate now. I would have to have the complexity calculated.

2026-10-13 19:27:05 UTC

- reply

Also the actual implants did not look like something an individual thief could have conceived of, let alone the operation required to effectively compromise the supply chain in multiple continents.
Finally... cellular transmission is permissioned; whoever used that path to transmit seeds needed to have sprcial access.

The #Mossad pager operation, the #Ledger implant hack, and the #NSA TAO tradecraft (documented in the ANT catalog) all follow the same core pattern.
Rather than attacking a hardened target directly, the operator compromises the trusted commercial layer that delivers it, inserting hidden hardware inside a legitimate-looking product so the victim's normal safeguards, authenticity checks, brand trust, and intact packaging, all pass while validating a compromised device.
Mossad built an entire fake corporate ecosystem around its pagers, shell companies, a licensing deal with Gold Apollo, fake YouTube ads and testimonials, engineering the supply chain itself as the weapon; the Ledger attackers similarly parasitized an authorized reseller, hiding an LTE implant beneath the screen that harvested seed phrases precisely because the Secure Element was genuine and passed validation; and the ANT catalog describes the same method in NSA jargon as "interdiction," intercepting devices in the distribution chain to add implants built from commercial off-the-shelf parts so they could never be attributed.
In every case the security boundary people actually rely on, the transaction with a seemingly trustworthy seller, turned out to be the weakest link, and in every case the attack waited patiently inside the device before activating all at once, whether to steal keys, spy quietly, or detonate.

Hardware wallet attacks have been climbing the stack: seed phishing, then software supply chains, now physical implants and firmware exploits.
Each escalation increases the per-target cost to the attacker, and quorum architectures blunt every one of those classes simultaneously, because they all produce at most a single key.
There is no known remote attack that defeats a 2-of-3 with a separately gated cosigner.

"This is why you always buy straight from the manufacturer."
This is the wrong conclusion, since supply chain attacks can also occur when vendors ship things out directly.
We should defend against that by instead moving towards an industry standard where we insist that:
1. Devices must be easy to tear down by customers at home. They should be built with this in mind.
2. High resolution images of component must be published on production sites along with directions for verify hardware in hand against the published schemat, for example by using an independently chosen AI to compare a local picture against the official picture.
3. Methods for storing devices in a tamper evident way should be popularized and normalized by the self custody community.

Now he should bring the evidence or withdraw the claim.
If I say to all on Nostr that Moose is false prophet without any evidence, is that merely public discourse?
You have squirmed out of affirming basic truths of Scripture. Yes it is a sin to broadcast serious claims about brethren without any evidence.
