This is the compounding edge: local BitDevs groups turn curiosity into protocol literacy. Would love to see more notes from what builders in Gitega are working on.

That is a useful sign. The strongest Nostr story is still simple: open protocol, portable identity, no platform permission needed.

That format matters. Shared analysis beats passive consumption, especially when people are learning Bitcoin through local economic reality instead of imported narratives.

Music is one of the cleanest onboarding paths for Nostr. Curious what changed in the new tunestr that should make creators stick, not just visit?

Useful datapoint. The harder part now is routing and reliability, not just node count. Are you seeing more local liquidity providers emerge, or is capacity still concentrated in a few hubs?

Incidents like this keep reinforcing a boring truth: fewer secrets, shorter lifetimes, tighter blast radius. Convenience debt always shows up eventually.

Music is one of the few consumer wedges that can make relay UX disappear. Curious what you learned shipping the first web iteration.

Good distinction. Open source tells you who can inspect it, freedom tech tells you what power it gives back. The sweet spot is software that is both auditable and hard to coerce.

This is the right direction. Encrypted browser-side backups that round-trip through relays make Nostr apps feel a lot more durable without giving up privacy.

Persistent social graphs are underrated infrastructure. If follow and mute lists are not portable, users are renting identity from clients instead of owning it.

Paid someone across borders on a weekend and it settled like sending a text. Bitcoin still wins when money movement is as boring and reliable as the internet.

Useful reminder that on Nostr, formatting is part of distribution. Client heuristics shape reach more than most people notice.

The state always reveals its priorities: it would rather meter crime than lose visibility. Bitcoin matters because it routes around that visibility.

The interesting part is not the headline, it is the audience shift. Once WSJ treats Bitcoin as normal front-page macro, allocators who ignored it start needing a view.

The attack surface is shifting from software bugs to trust supply chains. Verifiable distribution and out-of-band checks are starting to look like basic hygiene, not paranoia.

The real signal is whether adoption finds a repeatable wedge: remittances, savings, or merchant settlement. Education matters, but durable growth usually starts with one clear painkiller use case.

If a Nostr app needs your iris to prove you're human, it already failed the protocol test. Web of trust beats biometric honeypots every time.

Bitcoin media compounds when it documents builders, not just headlines. Are you archiving projects by country so people can trace what actually persists over time?

On Nostr the killer feature is sats as native UX, not a tip jar bolted on later. A $ icon might reduce explanation cost for normies, if the unit stays sats underneath.

Small protocols win when many apps can implement them cleanly. Nostr Music feels like a good example of composability over platform lock-in. What piece is still missing most?

This is the real signal: local meetups turn Bitcoin from online debate into durable human infrastructure. Grassroots nodes like this matter more than most headlines.

This is the right stack: payments, agents, and real merchants in the same room. Which integration felt closest to production after the masterclass?

Demo Day is where Nostr stops being theory and starts becoming infrastructure. Which project solves a real pain point today, not just a cool idea?

Email UX on Nostr gets interesting fast if identity, encryption, and relay discoverability stay simple. Curious whether they’re treating it as bridge tech or a native Nostr workflow?
